She provided a list of properties to choose from with excellent summaries for each, once I picked out which property she did the rest. I loved that only a deposit is needed up front and can make monthly payments. About 2 weeks prior to departure we talked for over a hour to discuss the itinerary of what your arrival/ departure day will look like. Where to go for dinner/ excursions and any questions I had. Definitely the personal touch that is difficult to find. She gave me the heads up of what to look out for with the good and the bad. Loved that she was just an instant message away with any questions/ concerns I had. She was very quick to answer and pointed me in the correct direction. This is my 3rd time booking with Lauren and I would do it again and again.

Maui is a beautiful island and with Lauren’s assistance we found a wonderful resort to stay at for the week. Lauren took into consideration that we were a large group (9) and wanted easy access to pools and the beach with the ability to cook our own meals

We've been to Mexico several times, and with so many new resorts popping up, choosing one can be overwhelming. Lauren was incredibly helpful in narrowing down our options. She provided insightful details about each resort, giving us a clear picture of what to expect. We ultimately chose Secrets Riviera Cancun and were thrilled with our decision. The resort offered a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. We loved having the option to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Breathless side and then retreat to the quieter Secrets side. Our swim-up suite was a definite highlight, especially on a rainy day. My family and I went to Secrets Bahia Mita aobut 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta over the holidays. Lauren helped us book the whole thing including private transport to and from the airport. The whole trip went soo smooth and Lauren checked in with us throughout the trip to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Lauren went over options with us in Full detail and it wasn't difficult to make a decision from there. From the THOUSANDS of resorts it is difficult to select what is right for us as a family with a very particular dynamic aka two young toddlers. TRUST ME when I say it is hard to find a resort that caters to adults and to the age group 2-4! Lauren is very realistic and no BS, it was very pleasant to work with her level of transparency. Flying from Fort McMurray proves to be difficult and she truly advised us the best and we had zero issues. Aside from selection she truly shines DURING TRAVEL, she is above and beyond staying in touch, checking in to make sure We haven't slept in for our flights , wishing us the best and making sure we are well taken care of. Lauren was wonderful in listening to what we were wanting for an anniversary vacation. She provided multiple options while keeping our budget in mind. She was honest about what to expect from each resort and answered all of our questions so we could make the best decision. Lauren went out of her way to get additional flights included in our vacation package to avoid any flight delay issues that could be encountered during Canadian winter travel. Lauren kept in touch in the months leading to the vacation and provided our resort with information prior to our arrival. She checked in during our trip to ensure everything was going well.

Lauren painstakingly planned a 6 week trip for us to Italy, then on to South Africa, plus a week in Mauritius before heading back to Italy to board a transatlantic cruise back to North America. My family’s first trip to Mexico she talked us through everything prior to leaving provide valued tips for entry into the country and through customs. She even went as far as to being available for calls and texts while we were there. She went as far as checking in to make sure everything was fine with the resort and trip.
