Audrey has the gift of "relationship." She made us feel like we were important to her from the first meeting and progressively more so as we developed our trip over time. She provided trusted advice and guidance while we worked through many decisions, some of which represented big costs but ultimately paid off as some of the best travel experiences we've ever had. She let us make the decisions and supported us thoughtfully. We especially appreciated that Audrey spoke from her own experiences and feedback she has received from clients. She also responded quickly to our questions and follow-ups.

Audrey is a wealth of information and tips on traveling. She provided information we needed to make good choices for our trip. She helped us with flights and booking our cabin on the ship. She has vast experience with a variety of cruise groups and advised us to go with Amawaterways. We were very pleased with the ship, excursions, food, crew, and service. The flexibility on all of the excursions and all inclusive nature of the excursions made it easy to plan and adjust plans based on how the trip progressed and how we felt with gentle, regular, and more rigorous tours. The tour guides were excellent. Audrey was attentive to details and prompt to reply to questions. She made sure all pre-trip documents and details were completed on time. She called after our trip to check on how it went. We would recommend going a day or two ahead of a cruise to acclimate to the change in time zone. We would be glad to plan another trip with Audrey.
