Jody made it much easier to plan my honeymoon! At first I was overwhelmed with planning a trip to the Caribbean with so many islands and types of accommodations. So I reached out to Jody and she helped us find the perfect fit for us. We had a great time for our first time at a tropical island and staying at a resort. We snorkeled every day, felt safe, and ate great food.

Jody booked our trip to Paris and our stay in the Saint Germain area of the Latin Qtr. The flights were great and hotel wonderfully European. She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her.

Jody is always very prompt in her replies from the beginning of planning our trip, meeting the needs of each of us regarding cleanliness of her suggested places (one within our family is very very particular on this requirement) making sure each of us is 100 percent happy and finds full enjoyment. This trip was exceptional also as my husband required a wheelchair at each departure and arrival and at each there was always a wheelchair service awaiting him to our very pleasant surprise which made the trip very exceptional for him as that worry was immediately alleviated after our first pickup to the last awaiting us at the end of our trip at OHare. The El Dorado Royale was absolutely beautiful! customer service, food in a breath taking resort. I wouldn't change anything! the only part of our trip that was unexpected was all added fees from Frontier airlines. I can honestly say we will never fly Frontier again!

The trip was fantastic. The arrangements were perfect and seemless. The Safari provided everything we expected and more with the Big 5 and the Ugly 5. The resort and food were great. Cape Town was an amazing city as well with a bit of hometown feel and way more to do than we could accomplish even if we went again. The coast and mountains were incredible and worth the long flights.

Jody Piotter is simply the best. She pays attention to detail. When booking cruises you need to stay ahead of the game. There are timelines when excursions and specialty dining need to be booked. Everything went smoothly with our travels and all the thanks goes to Jody. She understands that we like to get away from kids and she found Holland America for us. We love music row on the Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam so those ships fit us well. What is not to love about the Rolling Stone Rock Room and the BB King stage. Music of all types to enjoy along with the dueling pianos.

In the past, we always made our own reservations which worked out okay, but our friends recommended Jody for this cruise. Jody kept track of all the details, applied price reductions as they became available, and made the whole experience so much better. Jody was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were considering for our vacation and gave excellent advice. Once booked through United we had a small seating issue. We called Jody and within minutes, she had it fixed with upgraded seats. The rest of the vacation went smoothly and the resort she recommended was fabulous.
