Sandy is the best! I'm usually a DIYer for most things but I love leaving the travel planning to Sandy as she does a way better job than I do. Sandy was our guide in planning and booking a Viking River cruise. In addition to the cruise we planned some independent travel in Germany before and after. Our trip was magical from start to finish thanks to Sandy. Our flights were uneventful and we got to California from Boston in less than 4.5 hours! Our hotel was clean and was located at the crosswalk to Disneyland. It was probably the closest hotel to Disneyland! We had a complimentary full breakfast every morning and used the hot tub and pool. We had no issues with park tickets or lightening lanes. We pretty much walked on every ride. I would definitely recommend Lightening Lanes!!! Our transition from Anaheim to Los Angeles was also uneventful and we all loved Universal Studios!

Sandy was a tremendous amount of help in booking our family vacation to Walt Disney World. This was our first trip with our 2 kids (ages 8 and 6). Sandy is a Disney pro and was able to share so much knowledge on what to do, how to use all the Disney apps, and helped outline an itinerary that allowed us to cover so much while we were there.

One of the great things is that Sandy takes care of booking all reservations as soon as they become available. This allowed us to be able to eat at our preferred dining locations (including Bippity Boppity Boutique and Cinderella's Castle) without the stress of being up early in the morning. Sandy put the effort in to ensure she understood what our preferences were, what was important to our family, and developed a strategy of attending the parks that was best suited for us.

She told us about private clubs at airports, butler services, etc., which we chose all of them and what a wonderful trip we had. We were not aware of all the perks you can get during your vacation to make it so much more special. She did not pressure us at all, she just gave us a ton of information and suggestions for us to choose from. She helped us with every detail before, during and after our trip.
