Abbie was absolutely amazing. My brother decided to take my niece on a last minute trip to Disney - and by last minute i mean that the plan departed in less than 48 hours. We cruised with Viking to the British Isles. We are seasoned cruisers but this was our first time with Viking Ocean. Abbie was with us every step of the way. We booked our flights through Viking but when the times didn't work for us, Abbie contacted Viking and made the changes. Viking assigns guests a time to book shore excursions. It just so happened that I was working on the day and time we were assigned. Abbie said she would book out excursions for us. She got everything we wanted. She was always available when I emailed with a question and she kept us informed about the new Visa Requirement for the UK and made sure we had all the info to get the VISA. Prior to the trip Abbie made sure we were prepared with everything we needed from booking excursions to travel documents, etc. Abbie gave us an overview of how the dinner rotation worked, adult only areas and a layout of the ship prior to boarding and it really put our minds at ease and made the trip worry free! Cannot recommend Abbie enough for your travel fun! 10/10!

Abbie was excellent to work with. Even when we had an unexpected change of plans and had to delay our trip by 6 months (after everything was booked) - Abbie didn't miss a beat. She moved forward and lined up new plans for us without any issues. Abbie knows Disney inside and out. She provides helpful guidance every step of the way. Abbie provided great guidance in planning my mom’s first cruise which happened to be a Disney cruise by suggesting what deck, type of room, helping with getting our dining plans settled, she was wonderful. She listened to my wants for the cruise and to my concerns for my elderly mom.

Abby did an excellent job of planning our trip. She offered us choices for hotels, secured the hotel reservation and updated us about new Disney World policies. She sent ongoing emails about next steps and other time sensitive information such as when we needed to make park and dining reservations and when payments were due. She offered a Zoom meeting to teach us about the new Genie+ program which was very helpful and let us make the most of the two days that we had in the parks.

Abbie is wonderful! Super responsive and very knowledgeable. She knows what to suggest for every age group at each park. She always has the best suggestions for restaurants. We went with my parents, and 2 kids (5,7) and everyone including my husband who was not looking forward to the lines on vacation week had the absolute best time. It was our 2nd time visiting in 2 years and this trip was completely different than our last. I can truly understand how you can go every year now. The pressure was off to get it all done, ride all the rides but rather allowed us to enjoy all the magic Disney has to offer.
