Has been an amazing help from finding a resort that fit our needs and budget, to booking the different parks for each day to helping us find restaurant reservations to someone to come to our hotel for a princess makeover!!! So grateful to have someone with so much Disney experience help to book our trip

Michelle first planned our Disney Cruise in 2018. Some family members were experienced cruisers some were first timers. She took the time to understand what each family member wanted to get out of the trip. She helped guide us to appropriate state rooms for our needs and helped plan our dinners, activities and excursions. She turned first time cruisers into repeat cruisers because her guidance was so helpful, it made our trip so enjoyable. Michelle then planned a Walt Disney World trip for us in 2022. She guided us through choosing a budget friendly hotel, and how to be most efficient with our time and money during the trip. Disney can be overwhelming, but knowing we had Michelle to rely on for guidance and expertise took the stress out of it. Most recently Michelle planned a Royal Caribbean cruise for us. We booked in February 2024 for July 2025. She patiently guided us through the process of booking excursions and how to occasionally check prices of excursions and various packages so we were getting the lowest price available. In addition, she kept an eye on prices of the rooms we booked and saved us over us well over $1000 from the original booking estimate. During the planning process of all 3 trips, I asked a LOT of questions. She always responded promptly with knowledge and expertise. Can’t wait to book our next trip with Michelle!

Michelle helped us plan a trip with the entirety of our family (roughly 15 people). She made it super easy and simple and was there every step of the way to answer questions. From booking hotels, theme park tickets, transportation to and from airports, she made it as painless as possible. And when minor issues arose due to transportation companies backing out, she was there to not only calm my entire family but to help sort it out to make everything work out perfectly.
