Our experience with Kayla Johnson was amazing!
We booked a trip to Florida with her over MEA in October. I had been looking for a VRBO as we were bringing 11 people to Florida. After spending endless hours searching (and wasting precious time) I met her at a networking event. I was thrilled to hear she could do all this leg work for me! From finding a house, booking air, lining up things to do, she was so knowledgable!
We ended up at the South Seas Resort in Captiva Island. What a memorable trip this was!
She sent us pictures, gave us ideas of fun things to do, helped us plan it from start to finish! Even checked on us while we were there! So attentive!
Thank you Kayla for all you did, it was truly the best family trip we have ever been on! This was a trip of a lifetime to the grandparents being able to spend quality time with their grandkids. We have used her again since on a trip to Vegas and will be a client for life!

Already planning our next big trip!

Kayla helped me plan the best trip for our family. My oldest daughter graduated high school this year, and Hawaii was her wish. Kayla listened to your our vacation preferences and helped us pick our perfect island (Maui) and the perfect place for us to stay. We weren’t interested in a large resort feel but wanted a full condo with ocean views. The Kapalua Villas fit the bill!
As the months went by leading up to our trip, Kayla kept an eye on COVID restrictions and on flight changes and helped change our flights around in reaction to airline changes. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was handling it.

Trip cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic

In spite of our trip to Willamette Valley being cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we received exemplary service from Kayla during the planning and scheduling of the trip, as well as the process of obtaining a refund from various vendors. This is the main reason we prefer to use an experienced travel agent. If problems occur, the travel agent handles all of those headaches in contacting vendors and making other arrangements if necessary. In this case it involved airline, hotels and restaurants that needed to be contacted. She handled all of those contacts and kept us informed throughout the lengthy process. If we had tried to handle the arrangements for this trip ourselves, we would still be dealing with the stress and hassles involved in trying to get a refund. My wife and I will definitely be contacting Kayla, when we are finally able to travel again.

Irreplaceable Family Vacation!

Kayla was amazing, this was the first big trip out of the country and she a wonderful job making sure our family of six was as prepared as possible. The trip itself was absolutely flawless, we went to Rome, Florence, and Venice and ended in stunning Lake Como. It was the most educational, fun, and well-thought-out trip of our lives. Our transportation, guides, tickets, hotels, everything was coordinated flawlessly, it was honestly easier than it would have been if we stayed in the US and planned something ourselves. The amount of bonding that occurred on this trip was on another level, we all came back with a renewed sense of what we mean to each other, shared priceless memories, and sibling bonding that likely would have never happened had we not gone on this amazing and memorable adventure. We were already discussing our next international trip before we left Italy and we will no doubt have Kayla as our invaluable planner.

COVID-delayed trip to Hawaii was worth the wait

Historically, we have made our own travel arrangements. However, we were very fortunate to have worked with Kayla on our family trip to Hawaii. She seamlessly handled travel arrangements for our Spring Break 2020. Unfortunately, COVID delayed our trip 3 times before we finally managed a wonderful trip in April 2022! Kayla graciously worked with Delta Vacations to adjust flights, car rentals, and accommodations. She even provided a fun list of optional activities that we used to customize our trip to meet our family’s interests. While we were in Hawaii, she even emailed to remind us to check-in for our return flight! We are soooo glad that we had Kayla on our side when we had to cancel/reschedule our trip numerous times. She was great to work with. Because of Covid we ended up cancelling a few times and every time we rebooked she was very gracious. We were in cottages at our resort and it was very private. We were lucky much of the time there wasn't anyone staying next to us. Our cottage was located further back. So peaceful. We would rate our experience a 5 with Kayla.

Kayla was so great! She was on top of her game, searched for whatever we threw at her and was very responsive. She picked great resorts for what we were looking for in Costa Rica and everything went incredibly smoothly! Since it was our honeymoon, she made sure our resorts knew it was our honeymoon so we got great rooms and great discounts at the resorts. magical tour of Ireland

What an exciting tour! I loved the Ballymaloe Cookery School and the entire vacation was magical. Kayla has proven that Ireland is a magical destination and that all good things emanate from there. Drinking tea on a beautiful double decker bus while touring Dublin was like a fantasy come true. The food was delicious at every restaurant – each one lived up to their award-winning status. Croi was my favorite! I have an inkling Kayla didn’t expect the planning to last 2 years! I don’t know how she managed, but I’m certainly glad she did. We all had a wonderful time. Kayla ensured we had a spectacular vacation that we won't soon forget.
