She was responsive to our emails and needs. If she wasn’t sure of the answer she found out and got right back to me . She kept up in pricing and got us some money back on our hotel. Best thing to is we had all year to pay for the trip. A $200 deposit held out room up front and I paid for the rest up to 30 days before trip. Call Kristin if you are traveling. So thankful for Kristen. We dreamed of taking a trip with friends & family (13 total), but it never would’ve happened without Kristen's help and guidance. Kristen took all the stress of planning this trip off my shoulders! She knew all the little details to make this as memorable as possible for my family and was so communicative and responsive. Even on our first day, I had a question and she responded right away. I will refer Kristen to anyone I know planning a Disney trip.

She is so knowledgeable!!! She knows how to work the park inside and out. She is also so passionate about it that she is excited for you to be going!! Her excitement and joy gets you so excited to. Plus she works overtime to get you the passes you want, the reservations you want and just goes above and beyond.
