Will be going on an Alaskan cruise on a Viking ship. We have experienced a lot of unforeseen obstacles in making minor changes to our flight schedules and seat assignments. Mel was amazing to work with. She helped us plan a two week Hawaii vacation. She knew just where we should stay that time of year based on what we wanted to do, helped with excursions and continued to work with me on different resort selections to get what we wanted in terms of services. We have a family of 5 with high school and college aged children so lodging can be tough. She found amazing options where everyone was comfortable and had the space they needed to sleep well. She even found a resort with washing machines for the last leg of our trip which was amazing and reduced our luggage needed. Mel was great to work with. She was very timely with her replies and was able to answer all our questions. I really can't say enough about her because on the eve of our trip flights were canceled due to a snowstorm covering the entire midwest. She definitely worked some miracles because she was able to find our whole party of 5 new flights out of the different airports we needed. We all arrived within a few hours of our original plans thanks to Mel. Would recommend her in an instant.
