My family has been working with Lisa to book our annual Wisconsin Spring Break vacations for about 10+ years. Lisa has always been very accommodating and looking at what we want. We had a vacation planned to Maui one year. We went to get out documents and the flights had changed, we were not happy with the flights and Lisa was more than willing to get on the phone and get us a new flight. We were very pleased. We also had a mishap while we were in Costa Rica and needed to come home early. Lisa was in communication with us via email and helped get us home earlier. Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty to help me locate my father. My father is on a cruise and we were unable to reach him. Because of his health, we were really worried about him. Lisa not only used all of her resources to help get a message to the ship we hoped he was on, but she was genuinely concerned.
