Kathryn was a great help to us with the trickiest part of our travel planning. I always worry about purchasing international train tickets, but Kathryn made this quick and simple for us. She also went the extra mile in working on a car rental for us as a back up in case of a train strike. And on top of all this she made our arrangements for an international local RT flight, with challenging baggage control issues. Excellent service!

The private tours were great

I had a lot of last-minute requests for a trip to London, Berlin and Prague. Kathryn went above and beyond to help me schedule private guides and tours. The tours she booked, ended up being the highlight of the trip.

Luxury at its best

I have stayed at the Moon Palace in Cancun many times but when I called Kathryn to book she made a suggestion to try a different destination so we settled on Jamaica and we booked the Moon Palace. Wow can you say luxury? So many dining options and all included. The Spa was our favorite and Kathryn was able to assist us in choosing treatments and getting them booked for us. We took advantage of the included non motorized water sports and even ventured out to take a trip to waterfalls which was so relaxing. I am convinced Kathryn will always be the one for us. Disneyland Rocks!

I was referred to Kathryn from an old friend of mine who uses her service regularly and I am so glad I called. From the moment I met Kathryn we had so much in common and she really knew what she was talking about. I was taking my 8 year old granddaughter for her first trip to Disneyland and it was as magical as could be. Kathryn recommended the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique experience for my granddaughter and it was worth every penny. What a gem of a cruise line

Kathryn thank you thank you thank you. Our girls trip on Virgin Cruise Line was utterly unforgettable. We didn't know that an adults only cruise line existed until we spoke to Kathryn about our options for our college friends girls trip. We couldn't have been anymore satisfied with the arrangements Kathryn made for us. Seamless travel and embarkation was so simple. Kathryn made us fully aware of what was included and not included so we could plan accordingly and it couldn't have been more perfect. Look out cause this is going to become an annual trip for us!

Fantastic Family Reunion

Never in my dreams would I have thought it possible to book a family reunion trip for me and my 5 siblings on a cruise but luckily I was referred to Kathryn from a co-worker and so glad I called. We wanted to be kids again and travel just us siblings and leave spouses and kids at home so we could reconnect. Kathryn suggested a Disney cruise and wow was it perfect for what we wanted and needed. Lots of fun for adults on the ship and so much to do that was fun but didn't involve kids. Who would have thought a Disney Cruise could be such a blast. Thank you again Kathryn...now what will you suggest for our next sibling trip?!

If you ever want a detailed easy trip to Disney in Florida call Kathryn Smith. I was so overwhelmed with the planning and Kathryn came highly recommended so I gave her a call and man she knows her stuff. Kathryn didn't just try to sell us on the most expensive but listened to our needs and wants and found us the perfect accommodations at the Port Orleans Riverside. Getting to and from parks was so easy on the buses and Kathryn went above and beyond and booked all of our character dining experiences and even ordered Magic Bands for our family so we didn't have to worry. The ease of planning with Kathryn is so highly recommended. Give her a call for sure!

Wow what an amazing vacation! We just got home last night and I had to get on here and submit my review of our amazing agent Kathryn Smith. Firstly thank you for suggesting we upgrade our seats. Made all the difference on the long flight. Venice did not disappoint. The apartment had the most amazing view and so centrally located. Kathryn got us hooked up with the most amazing tour guides who guided through the streets and the canals. The train travel was seamless and Verona was such a unique mix of old and new. Kathryn set us up on an excursion to go try our hands at blowing glass and I can't thank her enough for that. What a unique experience and we came home with a set of new glasses. I am glad Kathryn suggested us to go back to Florence to end our trip as it holds a special place in our hearts. Amazing memories and an very talented travel agent!

Perfect wedding and honeymoon

Thank you Kathryn for all of your hard work and amazing attention to detail for our wedding and Honeymoon. The Kahala Hotel and Resort beach was the perfect setting for our tiny wedding of just us and the officiant. It was sunset and perfect weather with a slight breeze in the air. Then off to Kauai to the Hyatt Regency Kauai for a week of sheer bliss. Our room had a full view of the ocean....thank you for suggesting we upgrade. The dinner you had planned for us was some of the best seafood we have ever had. Kathryn, you truly are a magician and we can't wait to go back for our first anniversary next year.

Aloha Kauai

If you have never been to the island of Kauai you are for sure missing out! And make sure Kathryn is your travel planner. She knows her stuff. My wife and I flew First Class on Hawaiian Airlines which was a fantastic treat. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary so we wanted upscale special and memorable and Kathryn delivered. From the lei greeting to the upgraded rental car every detail was nailed! Kathryn suggested hotels both in Poipu and up North in Princeville area. We settled on the Hyatt Regency Kauai as it had exactly what we were looking for as far as suites and ameneties! Kathryn suggested so many tours and activities for us from snorkeling to coffee plantation tours and even a movie tour visiting sets of famous movies that were filmed there. The highlight was the sunset cruise up the Na Pali coast. No words can describe that sailing! Thank you Kathryn for making this anniversary trip so special for us and we can't wait to see what you putt out for us on our next

New York! New York!

We just returned from the most incredible trip to New York City and Kathryn made it all so special! I took my adult daughter for a long weekend of shopping and Broadway and great food. Kathryn suggested to us a few shows and we ended up choosing Moulin Rouge per her suggestion. What a bright colorful beautiful production that we will never forget! We took the hop on hop off bus to see the sites above ground and splurged on frozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity. The other highlight was a special Sex in the City tour fit for the Carrie Bradshaw in all of us! Amazing experiences and can't wait to start planning our next city getaway with Kathryn

What a cruise!!

What can I say but Kathryn is an exceptional agent when it came to booking our friends and family cruise. Not only did Kathryn coordinate 25 people from all over the States with air and pre and post accommodations and activities, she managed to stay cool when things changed. She adapted to weather and flight issues like a pro and still got us all where we needed to be. The Carnival ship the Mardi Gras was absolutely stunning with so many options of things to see and do! We had a private cocktail party which brought us a ton of laughs and the ports were beautiful. If ever you have a large group for a cruise may I suggest Kathryn for all your needs! You won't be disappointed!!Ahoy!

London and Paris in a Snap!

From the first phone conversation to the last, Kathryn had everything under control. I wanted to take my sister to London and Paris for a short getaway and Kathryn knew exactly where to start. After conveying my wants and needs, Kathryn assured me that it could be done within my budget and in the time frame I needed. The logistics were a bit tricky as I was coming from the West Coast and wanted to fly and meet my sister in Atlanta and us fly together to London. No problem. Kathryn made it happen seamlessly. We were on our way and not a care int he world. From private transfers to comfortable centrally located accommodations, we had it all. The suggestion Kathryn made to do the hop on hop off bus in both cities was a game changer. All in all Kathryn nailed it and I can't wait to book with her my next getaway with my sister to Spain!

Amazing Multi Generational Vacation

What can I say about Kathryn. What an amazing agent. Kathryn went so far above and beyond my expectations. I contacted Kathryn to help plan a vacation to Walt Disney World in Florida for myself and my husband escorting our grown children and grandchildren, 18 people all together. I was so stressed to coordinate it all but Kathryn put my mind at ease from our first conversation. Kathryn did it all from our flights and accommodations to our dining reservations and even booking us a private photographer to capture this once in a lifetime experience for us all. Two 50th Anniversary Trips

After the other agent left Davisville, Kathryn helped with last minute arrangements and worked very hard to rearrange air travel to and from the East Coast when Delta Airlines changed our flight times.
