Laura is so very knowledgeable about Disney and Universal! She was so helpful with the planning, getting us ready for the trip from a few months out up to a few days before we left, and then she was available while we were on the trip to answer questions and help us! She gave us as much time as we needed before the trip to explain everything that we needed to know. She didn't try to rush us through the phone calls, but was very patient with us.

Food & Wine Get Away

My wife and I have been to Disney many times and wanted to go back. But we wanted a different experience. Laura gave us some options and with our somewhat flexible schedule we decided to go the Food and Wine Festable. Laura had a lot of options such as special character breakfaast, Mickeys after hours Christmas party and a Beach Boys concert. Plus dining options and many other things to-do. One of the best trips we had taken and we loved it. We will be contacting Laura to plan our next trip real soon.

Laura is AMAZING. She is so patient and kind, and answered all of my questions. She was so timely in answering my many texts, phone calls, and emails. I think Laura is one of the most knowledgeable Disney agents there is. She even text me updates on my stroller while I was on vacation. Laura made me feel like I was her only client, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Laura even sent homemade cookies from a local bakery to our hotel for our kiddos to enjoy! I have always planned my Disney trips but a friend of mine recommended Laura as a travel agent. I contacted Laura and told her what I was wanting and she took care of everything. Another Great Trip

I have booked several trips to Disney World with out a travel agent. A friend of mine who also goes to Disney often recommended Laura at Love the Mouse Travel. So I contacted Laura and she helped me book my trip. Made everything so easy. Then COVID-19 hit. If it was not for Laura I would have canceled my trip. She kept me updated on Disney policies and procedures and answered all my questions. This was the best Disney trip we have taken. We were moved to Caribbean Beach resort and she got us the perfect room. It was in Jamaica and close to buses and skyliner. Having Laura help me with my trip took a lot of stress off of me. My family will definitely be going back to Disney and I will have Laura help book my trip again. If you want someone to help book the perfect trip you need to call Laura at Love the Mouse Travel.
