Ahmen orchesrated our first River Cruise on Scenic Crystal. In the lead up to departure, Ahmen was quick to answer any questions we had, and his note of welcome even greeted us in our suite on board.

He did everything from cruise, flights, insurance and wheelchair as needed subject to to our final approval

All drivers were at their proper location at the proper time. They were polite and helpful. I cannot think of one thing that went wrong during our two week vacation. Any questions were quickly answered by Ahmed.

We flew to Milan and transferred to train from Milan to Chinque Terra for 4 days and then returned to Milan to join the Tauck group to tour the Lake District and work our way to Venice to fly home. Our travel agent Ahmed Bayoumi handled all the details of the trip including travel arrangements, transfers, accusations etc. Everything took place smoothly as he had planned. We have done many trips arranged by Ahmed and all took place perfectly.

Ahmed was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented and very responsive. We booked our Danube river cruise about 18 months in advance so we had many conversations, visits and email exchanges with him over that period. Ahmed was consistently excellent. He generally replied to our questions same day or next day - a rarity in the service industry! - & provided some very useful additional insights. We would absolutely work with Ahmed again .
