She had a very detail itinerary ready for us very quickly and we made little to no changes to the itinerary. The places she selected were wonderful! Hotels were either 5 star hotels or absolutely the best locations for a family of 4. We enjoyed everywhere we stayed. Our room at Arenal, had the best view to the volcano; it was very spacious and comfortable. I have recommended Cathy to many of our friends already. The food we ate at Rio Perdido was the best food we ever had. All the adventures were safe and the best: zip lining, repelling, sloth watching. The process was hassle free, the drivers were always on time. We felt safe all the time and we didn't have to worry about figuring out what to schedule each day- the whole trip was prepared for us!! We had the most amazing two weeks!!

Cathy is great! When I told her I wanted a cruise - she maxed out each day with a port which is way above expectations and really more than I could handle. So she worked with me to pare it down so that we got several days at see to chill. She helped me choose a better room that what I originally thought would work and responded quickly on every question I had. I really appreciated the checklist since its been a few years since we'd been on a cruise.

Cathy was so great to work with. She worked with us to find out what we cared most about, and she found multiple options for us that fit our needs. We ended up going to Sandals South Coast in Jamaica, and we had an absolute blast. Thankfully we didn't have to use it, but travel insurance was easy, and Club Mobay was a great recommendation. We even had a "Happy Anniversary" note waiting for us in our room on our big day. Look forward to having her plan some other trips for us! :)
