After working with Missy on scheduling and planning a Disney World trip back in 2022, I knew I would reach out to her again. This past year Missy was very helpful and informative when I reached out to her on going to Universal Orlando. I cannot recommend Missy Ricci enough! I have traveled with her several times and she has always gone above and beyond to ensure the best travel experience ever. She has assisted in Fast Passes and reservations to get the most out of our trip. She also spent quite a bit of time on the phone when I had to suddenly cut my trip short. Her experience and advice has led to numerous great trips! She's even assisted when we stayed with relatives and only needed tickets - evem tickets to Universal. I would not plan any trip to Orlando or WDW without her!
