Laura is amazing! She took care of all of our team travel needs for our trip to Omaha for my son's baseball tournament. It was our first travel tournament and it was absolutely perfect! Laura took care of every detail which I know all of the parents and coaches appreciated. We were able to sit back, relax and enjoy the trip! The boys had such a great time and made lasting memories! My family and I just got back from the trip of a lifetime to the UK and Ireland, and Laura was an absolutely essential part of that. She built us an itinerary that covered all of the hits we wanted to see, but best of all, included things we never would have thought of. Those suggestions ended up being the highlights of the trip. Not only were her recommendations 10/10, but all of our bookings and reservations went off without a hitch. We don't normally use travel planners when it comes to our trips (we tend to like to keep things open and not too structured or planned), but part of what Laura did really well was help us build out the framework for the trip (locations, transport between them, "tentpole" activities) all while leaving us the flexibility to pivot and not feel too tied down. Laura was great. When we had an issued with our rental car, she made herself readily available to help us resolve the issue. Laura was extremely apologetic regarding the error that was made regarding the rental car scheduling and she directed us to locate another rental vehicle within 24 hours. And my family and i appreciate this. The resort was absolutely fantastic, The resort was within 10 minutes of the airport. Great location to restaurants, shopping, a grocery store, etc. We would highly recommend this condominium resort to others in Kauai.

Laura helped me plan a surprise anniversary trip for my wife through Ireland and the UK. She was incredibly helpful through the planning stages and vbery responsive. When we were on the trip she helped me navigate last minute changes we had to make for reservations in several places. Ou trip to Charleston was great. Health issues created an issue and our first planned trip was cancelled. We had insurance and Laura was able to duplicate our initial itinerary seamlessly.
The trip itself was great, all based on her recommendations. Hotel Bennet was ideal in services and location. The tours she arranged for us were interesting and informative and spaced over several days to accommodate
time to explore on our own and to relax.

Laura was kind and very responsive! We had to rebook this trip due to my mother falling ill. Laura was wonderful about submitting everything to ensure we had our vouchers for a future trip. We rebooked the trip and the morning of our first flight the FAA had an outage that caused our flight to Jamaica to be canceled. Laura quickly looked up alternative flights, contacted our hotel to change our dates and secure the last room for an extra night, and reschedule our drivers.
