Sylvia delivered in a time crunch! I reached out to her on a Saturday morning regarding hotels and park tickets for Tuesday (3 days later).....oh yeah it was for Disney Paris! The FB messages were flying back and forth...she got all the info she needed as I quickly filled out the forms she had emailed me. In very short time she had made my hotel reservations, park tickets, fast passes, and character breakfast for my 10 year old daughter. Would not have been able to make this daddy/daughter trip happen without her amazingly prompt service. Can't recommend her enough!

I met Sylvia when we ecided to go on a group cruise to Alaska with family. She was able to help with bookings and provided recommendations that were extremely helpful. I travel a lot for work and have, up to now, generally made my own arrangements. Things worked out so well with the Alaska trip, we've since book another cruise, with her help, and are looking forward to spending some time in the Carribean this summer!

Our experience with Sylvia was PHENOMENAL! This was the first time I used a travel agent and this is the only way I’ll go from now on. We had no idea what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go.
