Bilingual Travel Agent, Destination Weddings

This was our first cruise and Mekelle was very helpful. She patiently answered all our questions and gave suggestions of activities we might be interested in.

My wife and I were interested in taking a trip to an all-inclusive resort but neither of us had any experience with that sort of travel. A friend of ours at church recommended Mekelle to us. We contacted her and she listened to what we were looking for. She stated that, based upon our conversation, she recommended the Sandals Royal Plantation Resort in Jamaica. She gave us her first hand experience with that resort and explained everything to us. She basically handled everything. Then Covid! She worked with us on the rebooking our stay and getting our flights refunded. Fast forward to the next year, she handled it all, including booking us a room near our airport since we had a very early flight. Once in Jamaica we had questions about navigating through the airport and I contacted her. She guided us right to where we needed to be. The resort was exactly as she described and she even checked in to see how it was going. Since that trip we’ve went back 4 times, using Mekelle each time. Using her made our vacation a vacation not a hassle. She is top notch in the travel industry. I highly recommend her to anyone traveling.
