She's always been helpful when I need to book my yearly trips and this time around in 2020 has been a stressful time for everyone. I can only imagine the amount of stress she and her colleagues were going through when COVID closures were announced. She helped arrange flights home just in the nick of time, I had gotten notices soon after landing in Japan that more countries in the region were closing its borders including Vietnam.

She was very accomodating and efficient. She sends the itinerary right away. I had an experience with other agents from another company, they never returned any of my calls nor emailed me back as they promised. Wrong move, they lost 3 clients.
