Best cruise we have taken!

Wow! We have only cruised once and it was over 20 years ago. To say we were nervous about booking another cruise, in Europe no less, is an understatement. Stephanie was there to answer all of our questions when we were considering booking a cruise on Virgin Voyages. She booked our cruise, got us an A+ room location on the ship and booked our hotel for a two day beach resort after the cruise. Most importantly, she communicated to us throughout the process with reminders of passport readiness, reservation openings, show bookings and any other general deadlines we needed to be aware of. I always felt that if I had a question or a problem, the solution was a single phone call or email away. And to top it off, the experience on Virgin was so fantastic we are getting ready to book our next cruise through Stephanie!

First Family Cruise!

Stephanie was AMAZING. We had a tight budget and she was able to find a couple of options for us despite that, and the fact that we needed a cabin that would fit our family of five. I had tons of questions that she answered quickly and thoroughly. She printed and sent us our luggage tags and even some ducks to hide on our cruise. We will definitely book through Sea Day Travel again!
