We've been using Toni Russell for 10+ years and she is absolutely fantastic! She has been there to assist us when we've had changes in flights by the airlines that were not our choice, but while on vacation she calls our hotel to inform us, saving us so much time and frustration. She even called when a hotel we booked had a fire which we would never have known till we got there. Thank you so much Toni for your excellent, above average customer service!
