After trying to plan my own vacation to Italy I became overwhelmed and decided to look for some help online. I had always done my own planning in the past and was skeptical about working with a travel agent. Nicole was the first person I called and instantly she seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable. Within a day she had sorted out and organized everything I had struggled with and the cost was no more (maybe less) than what I was looking at on my own.
