I am always impressed with Keith's detailed and accurate inside tips. For example he let us know the only place to get the blueberry Mickey waffles. Exact location and time. As sometimes happens in the northeast, flights often get canceled because of poor weather. Our flights were canceled due to a blizzard and we would not have been able to leave the area for more than two days later than expected. We decided it was best to cancel the trip completely, and Keith took care of all of the cancellations, contacted the airlines, contacted the resort and got us a full travel credit and our request. It was nice, not having to worry about anything! I will definitely use his services again.

Thank you to Keith for getting us from Canada to the US to join a National Parks tour. He made sure all the details were taken care of with the tour operator as well as thinking outside the box to get us from Canada to the US without having to take a circuitous route by air.

July 2024 we took a Norwegian cruise to Alaska Keith planned the entire event for us and everything was perfect. we truly enjoyed the vacation and appreciate all Keith's hard work on getting us exactly what we wanted. we will continue to have Keith schedule our future vacations. In fact we have another cruise already scheduled by him for this July to Bermuda.
