having the Medalion in advance made boarding so much easier and skipped 90% of the line. The food was great, and all the service workers were very polite and took care of all of our needs. Bistrup is tops of them all. She made every arrangement, leaving us nothing to do but enjoy our trip. Our plane seats were even great, with us sitting only 2 across. We had to sit at O'Hare Airport, waiting for a gate and then we had to RUN! We were excited about the short layover, but thanks to O'Hare, were not the only ones in a hurry, only to find we waited on the other side of the airport for a shuttle. Everything went really smooth getting on and off the ship. The food was great, entertainment was top notch, the crew was extremely friendly,the cruise director was best we’ve ever had, we loved the walking track that let you walk all the way around ship outside. We used the track everyday!we had a dedicated card room on the ship we used daily. We loved the ports of call. We enjoyed them much better than the ones in the Caribbean. Anna signed us up for an excursion which we were very excited to go on until we realized it was at same time as a Chiefs game. we declined excursion to go with other Chiefs fans on boat attend the Gusto Lounge in Puerta Vallarta to have the best Chiefs game party we’ve ever attended.

I asked Anna to spec out some places for our vacation. We gave her limited options and cost, and she gave us so many options that went way above and beyond what we were expecting. It was nice to see examples from areas around where we were looking, and even beyond so that we considered all options for our vacation. We asked her to give us some more specific options on price on multiple resorts. We felt like we requested a lot, and she came through each time in a timely manner. We ended up going back to the Dominican Republic at a new resort that was getting good reviews. We were very pleased with the pick. I don't think we would have found most of all the options she gave us without her help! This was the second time going through Anna, and we will be going through her again. Already thinking about our next trip!
