Tricia was so helpful with our trip to NYC. She made it very stress free going to a big city..she had everything organized and easy to follow. She also kept in touch several times before we left for the trip, during the trip and after. Will go through her for our next trip!

Tricia did a great job for us! She helped us get everything set up for a trip that was overwhelming to do on our own. Her suggestions were good on what to do with the limited amount of time we had, that really helped make our trip a success. Tricia picked up management of our trip in midstream after our first agent left Burkhalter. She answered all of our questions prior to receipt of our travel documents and provided a thorough explanation of those documents when they arrived.

Overall good experience. Tremendous help with flights when we had a cancellation to start our trip out of Madison. Some issues with finding flights originally with higher costs than what we were finding. Part of the process but an explanation on why not 5 stars.

Good. However, Received plane reservation too late to obtain a seating upgrade which we had requested when first signed up. It was a miserable trip to Iceland. But On return Tricia obtained an upgrade for us which was great.

Our original reservations were pre-covid, Tricia helped us get our flights cancelled and worked with FunJet so we could reschedule our trip sometime in the future. When the timing was right she was there to book new flights and get us on our way.

Tricia was wonderful in helping arrange our trip to the Galapagos Islands. There were a lot of moving parts and changes of plans throughout the process, and she was great at helping us adjust and adapt. She is timely and responsive , and I felt supported every step of the way. We had an amazing vacation.

Tricia is amazing! We went to the airport to check in and was told our flight was canceled. We made a call to Tricia and after many back and forth calls she was had us booked on another flight She went above and beyond to make sure we got a flight to Vegas. She was done working at 5:30 but last I knew she was still in the office at 8:30 pm making sure we were on our way to a great vacation!

sometimes we had trouble connecting but always did. Tricia was very good and travel docs were excellently put together and very easy to use.

Tricia helped me find flights to Sydney that were non-stop and for the right duration. I loved seeing the city and the Harbor. I booked this trip after knowing I was going to run the Sydney Marathon, and Tricia gave me suggestions on places to see/ visit.

We have 2 grown boys and a daughter In-law that we were taking on vacation with us. We chose to take an Alaskan cruise. We had never been to Alaska or on a cruise before. I had Tricia plan a bachelorette party for 18 girls, all coming from different locations on different days, and everything went so smoothly. She sent all the communications about the resort and transportation so I didn't have to do anything. She was incredibly quick to respond and make changes when I asked and I will use her again in the future if I have a large group event, without hesitation!!
