I typically plan all my own trips and was skeptical using a travel agent. I saw the claim that it wouldn't cost extra, but being me, I priced our Disney World trip myself before contacting Kayla and was pleasantly surprised that she quoted me the same price. Kayla took care of all the reservations and even put in the request with the resort for a crib to be in our room. I didn't have to schedule our transfer from the airport to the hotel or the park reservations. That was all great, but what was even better were her tips for each park and she was very quick to respond to my MANY questions. I could not be more thrilled with her service and trust me I'm not easy to please! I have 4 kids and it took so much of the burden off of me. I've never had an easier vacation. I even had Kayla book a cruise for us shortly after she booked our Disney trip. I will absolutely be using her for any of our future vacations that I can!

Kayla helped us book a surprise cruise for our son. Although we knew what we were looking for she made suggestions and sent me reminders for check in and booking excursions.
