Mary was a wealth of information and help to coordinate our entire multi-family vacation. From our time at Disney to our days at Universal she was there for every step.

Thanks to Mary, we had a fantastic cruise! She made sure to help us pick the best itinerary and ship for our family. She took the time to book our excursion, Palo Steakhouse dinner, and the Bippity Boppity Boutique. She made sure I knew every step of the way what I needed to do. She booked our pre-cruise hotel stay and our transportation! She could not have made it any easier!

Mary is the absolute BEST person to work with when booking a trip. She got me a great deal on hotel and Disneyland/CA tickets. Better then I could ever find. This was the most spectacular trip for my family of 5 that we have ever taken. The hotel was amazing with all the amenities we wanted and more. She gave us tips and tricks on how best to travel to and from our hotel and Disneyland. She let us know how to use our genie + package and gave us tips on how it works best. She gave us all the extras and then some so we didn’t miss a single show or ride. I will never book a trip again with out contacting Mary. We loved working with Mary to help us plan our first trip to Walt Disney World with our daughter. She answered all of our questions, we had a lot, and helped with our dining reservations. Mary kept us on track and informed with the planning stages for our trip to Disney World. The kids were able to do some of the extra stuff, like make light sabers/droids in Hollywood Studios. She also made it possible for us to attend a character breakfast that we thought was not possible.

My husband and I haven’t been to Disney in 25 years and had no idea where to star for our first family trip. Luckily, we didn’t have to know anything because Mary took care of everything! From the car service to the hotel to dining reservations, she had it all covered. We told her a few things that we were interested in and she delivered! She sent us so many detailed tips and tricks and made the experience so seamless. One of our favorite things (that we didn’t even know existed) was lunch at Tusker House! The food was awesome and the experience was incredible…our kids were THRILLED! Not only did Mary make this all happen in about a month, she coordinated our plans with my sister’s family and made a very last minute trip for 9 people perfect! If you’re on the fence, even if you *think* you can plan it yourself, save yourself the hassle and work with Mary! She is responsive and accommodating and awesome to work with. We’ll definitely plan with her again!

Mary was the best to work with! She responded quickly and answered all of my questions. She has great experience with the parks so she was able to give me real advice and helped walked me through a few decisions. Working with Mary was so easy and made our trip to Universal so easy. I have to give a HUGE thank you to our phenomenal travel agent Mary! She has been working with us for over two years now as our original Summer 2020 Disney plans had to be rescheduled. She has been so patient and positive despite the difficulty involved in travel these last few years! Our trip was amazing because of her advice, organization, and attention to detail. She made sure that we had the perfect hotel arrangements for our group of ten and woke up bright and early to set up dining reservations, securing popular venues for us. Mary put together a detailed itinerary with tips for each park. She explained (and re-explained ??) the Genie+ system and we did not miss out on or wait more than 40 minutes for any ride! On our last park day she made sure that we were able to get on the brand new Guardians of the Galaxy ride despite a glitch in booking via the app. Thank you, thank you for making our trip so memorable!! We will never do Disney without you again! ?

As someone who was initially very overwhelmed by the entire Disney vacation process, I found working with Mary to be incredibly helpful.
