Mandy was incredibly easy to work with and set up a call with me right away to answer all my questions and get us booked for the right cruise. She is very knowledgeable about ships and the industry in general. She selected our room for us in a prime location near the elevators - not only quick access for getting around on the ship, but we got so much love in our Fish Extender! It was our girls favorite part seeing what goodies our fellow cruisers left for them. We had an issue with our dining times not being the same as our connected party - Mandy called right away and set it straight, she also let us know she was on top of the issue and it was resolved before we embarked! The 7-day cruise on Holland America going southbound from Whittier to Vancouver was fantastic! Glacier Bay was beautiful, and the 3 port stops were perfect. Mandy recommended Talkeetna, which is north of Anchorage, for a few days, and it was relaxing to stay in a cabin by the river. We made the best memories.
