First Disney Cruise!

Mandy was incredibly easy to work with and set up a call with me right away to answer all my questions and get us booked for the right cruise. She is very knowledgeable about ships and the industry in general. She selected our room for us in a prime location near the elevators - not only quick access for getting around on the ship, but we got so much love in our Fish Extender! It was our girls favorite part seeing what goodies our fellow cruisers left for them. We had an issue with our dining times not being the same as our connected party - Mandy called right away and set it straight, she also let us know she was on top of the issue and it was resolved before we embarked! She gave us great tips on meeting characters to ensure we weren't waiting for too long. Mandy is already working on our next Disney cruise for us! Highly recommend!

We just completed a 31-night cruise with Regal Princess.
We contacted Mandy as soon as we decided that wee would like to take this cruise. She immediately took care of everything we needed from that day, until embarkation. She arranged our reservation, transfers, and made several recommendations of places to visit while in port. She also gave us some invaluable tips regarding the Princess Transfer. :)

The 7-day cruise on Holland America going southbound from Whittier to Vancouver was fantastic! Glacier Bay was beautiful, and the 3 port stops were perfect. Mandy recommended Talkeetna, which is north of Anchorage, for a few days, and it was relaxing to stay in a cabin by the river. We made the best memories.

We are relatively new cruisers and just finished our second cruise in the last 8 weeks. First cruise was with our family - 10 people - and second cruise was just my spouse and me.
Mandy helped us with all the arrangements on the first cruise, room location, dinner times, shows not to miss, and was great about reminding us about making reservations when the windows opened. We had an excellent time and all the arrangements and recommendations provided by Mandy were spot on! Plus, we feel the cabin pricing through Mandy was excellent.
We signed up for our second cruise at the end of the first cruise. Again, Mandy was super-helpful selecting upgrades, room location and dinner options. We just finished this cruise and had another wonderful time. We will likely book another cruise soon and of course will book it through Mandy.

We just recently returned from our trip to Canada and New England. Many thanks to Mandy for helping us have such a wonderful cruise. She always provides a ton of excellent advice and information so you can be prepared and ready for your entire trip. Her you tube videos highlight such important information. When I send her emails asking questions she almost always responds immediately. But if she should be unavailable, you get a return email stating exactly when she will be available and providing information on who you can contact should you need that help immediately.

Our entire family’s first cruise

My husband and I met Amanda many years ago in Cabo while on vacation. She was so friendly and gave us reviews of different hotels while she was there. At that time we learned about her career and a cruise expert. I never forgot about her. When we finally made the decision to try cruising out for the first time, I immediately called Mandy! She guided me every step of the way advising me of things I never would have thought of on my own. We got 4 cabins and paid way less than if I booked direct with the cruise line itself! Mandy is always prompt in replying, this is so important to me. She has a wealth of knowledge in many ports, even down to a shop to find slacks when British Airways lost our luggage!! Have used her for our last 5? cruises! One was our whole family, 4 cabins, to celebrate our anniversary. This time was to the Caribbean with 2 adult daughters. Great relaxing trip, and they got to experience snorkeling and the islands.
