I cannot say enough wonderful things about our travel agent! Traveling with young children can be challenging, but she made the entire experience so much easier. One of the things I appreciated most was her ability to secure side-by-side cabins for my mom and me, which was invaluable when traveling with the kids. Not only were our rooms next to each other, but the location on the ship was absolutely perfect—convenient, easy to navigate, and ideal for a family vacation. Her attention to detail truly made a difference in our overall experience. What impressed me the most, however, was her responsiveness. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to answer and always available when I needed guidance. Having someone so knowledgeable, attentive, and accessible gave me peace of mind before and during our trip. If you're looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled, I highly recommend her. We had an amazing vacation, and much of that is thanks to her exceptional service!

Had a good experience working with Mandy and have used her multiple times for our vacations. The planning process was smooth, communication was easy, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. This sailing on Freedom of the Seas was a great girls trii trip overall. The ship never felt overly crowded, embarkation and debarkation were both surprisingly easy, and even with some rain and rough seas during the trip, it really did not impact our experience much at all. We especially enjoyed the overall consistency of the Royal Caribbean experience. There were a couple small hiccups though. One was that our interior stateroom did not include a couch/seating area, which was not obvious to us from the room photos and made the space feel a bit tighter than expected. Another was that we were not seated alone for dining as we had requested and anticipated. However, that ended up being completely fine and we actually met some really fun people, including others who were just as obsessed with the FlowRider as we were! Overall we had a very positive experience and appreciated Mandy’s help throughout the process. We will work with her again.
