Barcelo Ixtapa. The resort is very nice. Cleaned beyond belief. Staff was very helpful and extremely welcoming. Beach area is beautiful and enjoyable to walk and enjoy the Oceanside. Food options are limited, but what they offer is very good. Having town right across the road makes exploring the area easy and fun, plus giving you more options for eating at a very reasonable price.

Busy cruise in the eastern Mediterranean. Great Viking ship esprience, many options for excursions each day. Amazing ancient cities. Crete was exceptional, Their very early culture was amazing ahead of the times. Ephesus uncovered remains were startling - it was a large urban city, only 25 percent excavated! Lisa's preperation for us made the trip go smoothly as possible. She is our travel agent for life!!

We had an amazing experience in Charleston!

From the start Lisa was very thorough in preparing us for a new experience. She was incredibly patient with us and answered all of our questions. We were actually amazed at the time she was willing to spend with us to make sure we understood all of the complexities of DW. She honored our wishes for what we wanted to spend on the resort and found a perfect room for all of us. I loved hearing about her own or her family’s experiences in the same resort. When we arrived Lisa had prepared us in detail with tips and ways to see as much as we wanted to. Consequently everything went easily and we had a fantastic time. Lisa helped us plan a week in Puerto Rico, from flights to hotel and including a hike in El Yunque National Park. As before (Lisa planned our trip to Iceland), Lisa was wonderful! She even had the hotel hang a 'Happy Anniversary' banner on our door! So sweet!

We needed a break from the Minnesota winter and called Lisa for help with choosing a destination in the Caribbean. After discussing our preferences, she booked for us a ten day vacation on the beautiful island of Sint Maarten. The lovely resort, Divi Little Bay, is located on a narrow strip of land, one side overlooking Great Bay, where the cruise ships dock, and Little Bay, where the resort and its beach are located. We had a spacious one-bedroom suite with a kitchen. The resort has several restaurants and pools and is a beautiful place to spend time. Before we left, Lisa met with us in person and provided us with a large amount of helpful information and assistance. Thanks to Lisa, we had a perfect ten days away from snow, ice, and cold. Our first time to a Sandals resort. We were in the Bahamas. Lisa arranged everything for us from our reservations to transportation to and from the airport. My favorite Lisa moment came when we were at an all-inclusive Mexican resort and wanted to eat at the top on-site restaurant but were told they were sold out. We especially loved how she took the effort to get to know our interests (especially our 3 children) and customized our trip to make it the most enjoyable for all of us. Lisa Gonzalez organized and planned our Family trip to Orlando, FL. There were 17 total in our family group. Lisa helped organize our days spent at the Disney parks and Universal Studio. Lisa kept in contact with us and was so helpful with all our requests and our family vacation was a success because of all of Lisa’s hard work and planning! We were so happy and impressed with Lisa’s professional and caring attitude that we also asked Lisa to plan our trip to Alaska in June 2020! From the moment that we had thoughts on our trip, Lisa was right there to help us in every way. Most of our trips have been to Disney World and also a trip on a Disney Cruise. Lisa asked us questions to get a feel of what we wanted to do. She was thorough in looking for discounts she could apply, letting us know time frames of when payments were due, applying payments in a timely manner, sending us emails on different things happening around or in Disney World or on the cruise.
Lisa got back to us in a timely manner. She answered questions we had and if more information was required for the question, she found the answers and got back to us.
Lisa has been very knowledgeable in the areas of our destinations. So she has been able to give us feedback on the places we go to on vacation. Lisa enjoys helping plan vacations and we love having her help. She gives her undivided attention and detail to each person so that they can have a fun filled vacation every time!
