Our family spent four nights at Disney’s All-Star movies resort and utilized a four day hopper pass during our stay! The resort was exactly what we needed after busy days at the parks while Disney, as always, provided a memorable experience for our family each and every day at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios! An added bonus was the free use of Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon on check-in day for our family where we enjoyed one of Disney’s two water parks. Planning a trip to Disneyland with a young family (2 kids) and including 2 Grandparents was overwhelming at first, but with a little research and some online recommendations, I found Kimberley! From the start Kimberley walked me through the initial bookings required (location, timing, ticket packages, etc.). She was patient with my many questions. The next step of booking dining reservations was excellent and Kimberley was able to secure all my most desired locations. It took so much pressure off to know she was working for us in the background. And she even make sure I was aware of some extra magical reservations that could be made (like the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for my 2 young girls which they absolutely loved). And finally, just before leaving Kimberley sent us a little card and well wishes in the mail - it was so very thoughtful and such a nice touch. I would recommend Kimberley to anyone I know and I will most certainly be using Kimberley again in the future.

It’s not our first time at WDW but our first time staying on site and she was great at helping us with the overwhelming choices and made sure we knew how and when to book fast passes etc- then she handled it all! Sadly the pandemic meant we weren’t able to take that vacation but she helped us navigate all the changes, cancellations and sadness. Kimberley and I "met" through a Facebook group in 2014 when we were both planning Disney vacations in the same month. When she became a travel agent, I knew there was no one else I could trust to plan my Disney vacations. While I'm a pretty self sufficient client (making my own dining reservations and Fastpasses), we ran into a conflict with having to book our Fastpasses on the same day as we were flying to Las Vegas. Kim booked our all inclusive trip to Punta Cana April 2018. She is absolutely amazing! Not only did she book our trip but she was there for us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!! She made sure we started our vacation off right, she made sure flights were on time, that we could pick our seats before flights, and to see how the resort was while we were there. I loved sharing with her every day during our trip how the resort was and it was the best resort we've been to for all inclusive and so family oriented!! We had one issue when picking seats for return flight because we had an infant and she was on top of it right away to make sure our son was also on the flight with us, she made sure we were assured he would be with us and she followed up every step of the way! Honestly the best service we have ever had!!!! We cannot wait to book our next vacation with her!
