We recently returned from a multi-family trip to Walt Disney World, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by our travel agent, Amy. From the moment we started planning, Amy was attentive and ensured every detail was perfect. The accommodations were excellent, with adjoining rooms that made our stay comfortable and convenient. We were able to visit all the parks and make the most of our Lightning Lanes, thanks to Amy's expert planning. The transit to and from the airport was seamless, making our travel experience stress-free. Amy's dedication and attention to detail truly made our trip unforgettable. With Amy’s expert knowledge of all things Disney, we planned an unforgettable vacation. We had a fantastic family holiday in Orlando at DisneyWorld February 2025. Our group of nine ranged from age 1 to 88 years old. We stayed in the new tower at the Grand Polynesian Resort & enjoyed four days in the parks. She answered all one hundred of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I will continue to refer her to my friends and family, and I encourage anyone reading this review to take advantage of her exceptional knowledge, customer service, and organizational skills.

We had a great trip to Grand Serenis Mexico! The resort was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. We were very late in getting organized and Amy helped make this trip happen by helping us book in at the last minute!

This was my fourth time using Amy as a travel agent to book my vacations! She is absolutely amazing, she makes everything so stress free and seamless. This year, myself and my mother booked a trip with Amy for Mexico! Unfortunately, between bad weather and an accident happening at Pearson Airport, our flight was delayed, and then cancelled. Amy was always reachable within minutes. I contacted her right away when I heard our flight was cancelled, and she was able to fully rebook our whole trip, flights and resort with a new airline before we even left the airport. I truly don’t know what I would have done without a travel agent (specifically Amy!) in that scenario, probably wouldn’t have been going on a vacation. Amy is so tentative to her clients, she is very easily reached to speak about anything you may have questions about, etc and she is always able to find the answers right away. I personally didn’t book the trip with Amy but my daughter-in-law Lucy did ,however Amy took the time to email me with all the information needed for this trip to the D/R from beginning to the end. Had a wonderful trip to Disneyland with the help and planning of our travel agent Amy! She found us a cute hotel we all liked, taking into account everything we were looking for and staying within our budget needs. The hotel was close enough to be able to walk to and from the parks each day and had everything we needed nearby.

Planning our trip to Disney and Universal went from overwhelming to wonderful while working with Amy. Her knowledge, professionalism, and communication were exactly what we were looking for. She helped us plan out each day, recommended/booked restaurants, and made sure we more than prepared before we left. Amy is the best travel agent I've ever had. All the extra details she put Into planning our trip, as well as her efficient replies to inquiries made our trip extra special. We have never been on a cruise before, let alone a disney cruise, and she was there every step of the way in terms of planning and suggestions. Our trip went smoothly because of her. It was great having someone that was able to help us with all our needs. This is our second trip the first time we used CAA. The first time was very overwhelming as there is so much to at Disney world. The first trip we weren't able to get the reservations we wanted ,and really didnt understand the meal program. This time around I was able to reach out to Amy at any time of the day to make reservations ,ask questions etc.it was a huge relief off my shoulders .I would definitely book again using Amy as well as recommend her to my family and friends

Amy was fantastic! She answered all of my (many) questions, was always patient and kind, and helped me think of all aspects of our Disney vacation. We surprised our daughters, and I didn't want them to hear me on the phone, so Amy was always available to make plans through email to help me keep it hush-hush.
