Best Cruise Celebration Ever!

I had to pleasure of utilizing Felicia to plan my 45th Birthday Cruise. WOW!She turned a 3 day cruise into the Celebration to remember! We had a group of 30 people...with different wants and requirements and she handled each and every one of us with patience and grace. She was attentive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From the time we booked the trip until we arrived home from the trip, she took care of EVERYTHING in between. She handled each booking, the flights, and the transportation to & from the ship as well as all of the activities while on the cruise. OMG, she prepared mazing welcome bags for each guest – my friends are still talking about those. Actually, my friends are still talking about the entire trip!! LOL!
Honestly, working with Felicia was so refreshing. I've worked with other agents and there's NO comparison. I look forward to having her plan my next vacation/adventure! She’s spoiled me….I can’t imagine planning travel without her!

Easy as Pie

Felicia was great to work with to plan our vacation. She provided us with our complete travel documents which include itinerary, airline info, cruise documents, transfers and an envelope to give out emergency contact 2 weeks prior to our travel. We were able to bypass long lines in order to get our vacation on the way. I will be using her for all my future travel.

From start to finish Felicia made sure everything was covered tomake sure I had a great trip. From scheduling the airline flight, hotel and cruise, each trip detail was carefully arranged and documented to me. She stayed in touch notifying me when key items were due and checked back to confirm I had completed each task. She shared suggestions on preparing for the trip. She was extremely thorough in what the expected outcome would be for the trip.
Because of her diligence to make sure everything went smoothly, can say best trip ever!

Fantastic 2025 Alaska Milestone Birthday Cruise

Felicia was great to work with during the planning and execution of this Alaska cruise with we took with family and friends. She happily took the time that was needed to work with my wife and me to complete all the travel documents required, which included itinerary details, airline info, cruise documents, transfers from the ship to the airport, and provided luggage tags prior to our travel. We were able to bypass long lines in order to get our vacation on the way. During the cruise, Felicia was always available to answer all our questions and we particularly enjoyed how she joined in with the group to participate in the activities on the ship and at the various ports we visited. Felicia definitely was a major contributor to us having a great time on the cruise.
