Danikas professionalism and knowledge of the travel industry made the experience for out 30th wedding anniversary exceed our expectations. We have recommemed Travel Leaders to all that would listen. With it being our first cruise we had no idea of what we were getting in to. From booking our stateroom to printing out our boarding passes and luggage tags she went above and beyond in making sure our adventure was flawless. She even took it upon herself to send us a bottle of wine and a cheese and fruit tray on our anniversary. All of our future travel plans will be going through Danika.

An Amazing Adventure!!!

Amazing Family Vacation, Perfectly Planned.

Danika helped us plan our trip from the very beginning...we started with only a rough outline of cities and attractions we wanted to see. We were in constant contact until we got the details just right. The trip was amazing mostly because Danika anticipated possible problems and solved them before we even left! She helped us balance travel days with sightseeing days so we felt like we got time to know a city before moving on. We didn't want to drive, and her knowledge of transportation available made that easy and fun for us. Her train schedules were spot on, Hotels were expecting us, the event tickets we held worked perfectly. Everything was so well planned that we could just relax and enjoy it. All her suggestions ( where to stay, when to get a driver due to tight train schedules, events to pre-reserve) turned out to be perfect. Trip of a Lifetime

I found Danika via random google search. I wanted someone who was accessible to communicate/plan online. From day one, she did not disappoint. This was the first big international trip for my family (husband, 13 yr old, and 10 yr old) and although I researched, I was still uncomfortable planning the 10 day excursion by myself. I gave her a list of things we wanted to do. She also confirmed and added other activities that she thought we would enjoy. Airport transfers, museum tickets, a Mt Fuji hike, and hotels, Danika did it all! I know she worked outside her "normal business hours" because I would send an email at night or on the weekend and she was always quick to respond. I honestly could not have done this without her. Wonderful anniversary trip

Danika was an amazing resource for helping us get our 5 year anniversary trip to Japan planned and booked. Traveling internationally can be intimidating, so it was wonderful to have an experienced travel agent helping us.
The hotels Danika reserved for us were absolutely perfect for our needs, and we got to have an amazing, immersive experience in both Tokyo & Kyoto. For traveling to/from airports and between cities on shuttles and trains, everything was handled so we didn’t have to worry. She also shared many other recommendations of things to do or ways to make our trip easier, and worked with our hotel concierge on restaurant reservations. It was nice to know that she cared about our trip going well in every aspect.

We were planning a trip to Italy with another couple. After we began making arrangements, we quickly decided to enlist the help of professional. We chose Danika, because from the first conversation she had great ideas. We met in person, discussing where we wanted to go, what we wanted to do. She asked about our budget and preferences. She developed an itinerary and discussed it with us. We had not fully communicated our preferences to her, so a few changes were made. Follow ups were done by email or phone. She booked the flights, the lodging, the transfers and the rental car. It was so much easier and less stressful than doing it ourselves! The app was great! There was an issue when we returned the rental car. I contacted her via the app. She quickly looked into the issue and assured us that we didn't need to worry about anything! This was to our benefit as the long awaited vacation lived up to every anticipation. Despite different wants and desires, she built an itinerary that exceeded each person’s expectations. Amazing Coastal New England Adventure

I am happy to say that Danica Berwick from travel leaders was a most dedicated and professional agent to work with! She planned a beautiful, fun filled coastal New England trip for my cousin and I. She booked us in some beautiful hotels, boutique like Inns , and a beautiful bed-and-breakfast . She also booked numerous tickets for our excursions and helped us planned Day to Day events with the amazing and extremely app the travel agency provides.
Our rental car was waiting for us on time and was exactly what we ordered. Fabulous The Best of Italy trip!

Best trip ever!

Danika was fantastic to work with. We had planned this trip in 2020. Then the pandemic hit. She was able to guide us till it was safe to travel again, and when it was, planned a trip we will never forget.
We visited German family in Berlin, and then on to Nuremburg, Frankfurt, and Rudesheim. We enjoyed lots of sightseeing, and all the Christmas Markets. Danika had everything so organized, and all our hotels were in perfect walking or train/subway/bus distance from everything! My husband speaks fluent German so that made things easy, but even if he didn't, she had everything mapped out and hotels were super accommodating to speak english for myself. I describe the Christmas Markets as being submerged in a Hallmark Christmas movie!
Working with Danika was like working with an old friend, and we never even met in person. We would give her more than 5 stars if we could, and can't wait to plan our next big trip with her. Thank you Danika for everything!

Most importantly, she found the perfect resort for us based on what we explained to her that we were looking for. The trip was perfect and she was incredible to work with (we never even met in person), including a last minute upgrade she was able to secure and questions that she was able to get resolved for us. Danika was incredibly responsive and proactive with us from the first call though the duration of our trip and was always extremely informed and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend her.

Canadian vacation

Danika has helped us on several trips. She always keeps us up to date on the flight schedule, which is very helpful in today's climate. She also got us great rooms at the Chateau Lake Louise, which made our trip. The Axus app is a tremendous help when travelling.
