Superb! Simply superb. I wanted to join a cruise three days before departure. Not an easy feat to accomplish. As of now, just hours after the request, I have my invoice and insurance and will get on the cruise express at 7AM three days from now! I had some last minutes questions and Shawna took the time to call me back and set my mind at ease. She is Very professional and personable. Yankee Trails is the Best!

Shawna was very helpful booking my cruise. She knows things about the ship and staterooms than are not on the cruise line website. Yankee Trails also provides transportation to and from NYC.

We had a cruise cancelled and applied the credit to another cruise. We also booked a second cruise from a different cruise company which also had a credit to be applied. The cruise companies are short staffed and overworked. It takes a long time on hold to have a representative to answer the telephone even for a travel agent on hold. Being so busy, Shawna Garber was always cordial and took the time to address our concerns. Thank you Shawna for the great job you do. She will always be our travel agent.

The cruise was set up for us buy Shana with air fare and a 2 night stay in Spain with just about everything we needed. My friend and I worked with Shawna to plan an Alaskan cruise with land tour. Unfortunately we ended up in an nationwide airline debacle on the day of our departure. Our flight was delayed and our airline couldn’t accommodate us to get to our destination in time. We didn’t know what else to do but show up at Shawna’s office as soon as they opened that morning. We didn’t have an appointment, but she spent all morning trying to do her best to make it work for us. Sadly we ended up canceling our trip, however she even spent time helping us fill out the paperwork to file a claim for travel insurance, and she tried to find us another cruise. We didn’t end up booking yet, but we will! I would highly recommend Shawna if you are looking to plan your dream vacation because if things end up going wrong, you can rely on her to do everything she can to make things right!
