Kelly was so easy to work with. She helped narrow down some pretty tough choices and found us a deal on an oceanfront family suite! Her communication was excellent as well as her response time when I had questions. I will definitely use her again and even recommend her to others. You can tell traveling and helping others are her passions!

Kelly booked our family trip to Mexico. She made all the arrangements and walked us through every step of the trip including how to book excursions without getting ripped off. She provide links to critical websites so we could pay the proper fees to leave the country. On the way home, there was a major accident on the highway to the airport and it looked as though we would miss the flight. Kelly went above and beyond by contacting the airline to let them know our situation and even arranging a back up plan if we missed the flight. I would definitely use Kelly again without hesitation! This was one of the smoothest vacations I have been on because of Kelly’s planning.

Non-stop flights directly into Key West, all hotel accommodations, GREAT restaurant recommendations, excellent activity suggestions... she handled it all!! She kept us organized and on track as our trip grew nearer.
I could go on and on about how EASY it was and how incredibly helpful Kelly was in this process! BUT, I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention Kelly's INSANE flexibility, as we had 2 in our party cancel at the last minute, which you would think could've been a nightmare for her (and probably was), but she jumped right into action, no questions, no frustration and reorganized our trip.
I cannot say enough about how really great the process of planning a trip with Kelly was and how SUPER easy and accommodating she was handling everything! I'm not sure I'll be able to plan another trip without her

Kelly was super easy to work with. She asks questions about what we wanted in an experience, gave options to choose and checked in frequently. There was not one detail she missed. She helped us navigate group payments, changes in numbers, and flight changes (by airline). She was on top of everything! All we had to do was show up!
