Jenny coordinated a large family cruise for us. She made sure our rooms were close together, we knew the documents we needed for traveling on the ship, and could assist with as much or as little as we wanted help with (ie: hotels, airlines. excursions). Jenny was quick to answer any questions we had. Will use again!

Sometimes it feels like you need a degree in Disney to manage planning tickets, hotels, Genie+, etc. Thankfully Jenny has one! Her tips for what parks to hit on certain days, where to eat & ride order were so helpful. We had so much fun and could not have managed 4 days in 4 parks without her.

Jenny was instrumental to the success of our vacation! I had already done some research and made some hotel reservations then reached out to her to see if there were any deals or for additional ideas. She found a better location for our needs and for a better rate than what was available online. I expressed my concerns and needs and the resort and transfers accommodated every request I had. I'm so grateful that I reached out to her! I wouldn't have looked at this resort otherwise. We stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace and it was perfect for our family of 5 with a teen and younger kids. Our 18 year old son said this was the best trip he's ever taken! Jenny sent us an awesome care package and was available to help with every question or concern I had from weather, to transportation, to excursions to our safety in Mexico. Jenny helped us plan our trip to Cancun. She provided information on 3 all-inclusive resorts that could meet our expectations and answered question about each. When we chose a resort, she helped us book the resort, airport shuttle pickup, specialty restaurants, advised us on amenities and attractions and so much more. She worked with us on a potential day-by-day schedule to highlight our hoped-for experiences. Because she had been to the resort, she was able to give us a lot of first-hand information. This was truly such a magical cruise for our family. We surprised our kids with this cruise three days before. And it just got better from there. Jenny was amazing at helping us organize and plan our trip to Disneyland, followed by a cruise to Catalina and Ensenada. There were 16 of us that included 4 generations, Jenny was great at helping us meet everyone’s needs. Our hotel at Disney was across the street and we could walk over, this was perfect for those that needed a little rest during the day. Our cruise was delightful, and the recommendations for shore excursions were a highlight for everyone, we took a submarine ride to feed the fish, it was a perfect way for everyone to enjoy the local wildlife. Even after she booked our reservation at the Disneyland Hotel, she continued looking for deals and was able to upgrade our accommodations to the Grand Californian for hardly anything extra.

All of the information she included in our trip packet was extremely helpful, from dining recommendations to tips for the rides and where to find characters. All of the suggestions we followed were great. She continued to help us while we were in the park and had trouble getting the Disneyland app to work (we had purchased MaxPass). Plus she sent me a list of all the holiday churro flavors and where to find them.

Honestly, I could tell that she really wanted our trip to Disneyland to be the best and did everything she could to make it that way. We will definitely be contacting her the next time we go on vacation.
