Mary approached our trip to Italy with creativity and a keen appreciation for our preferences. She was extremely responsive when there was a need to change plans, both before the trip and during. A pleasure to work with!

Mary, bottom line at the top: our trip was fabulous! Problem:We were lied to by incapable BA employees on many occasions, after standing in lines which were processing at a rate of one customer every 20 minutes. Solution:One call to Mary, and she handled that! You arranged our connecting flight and all we had to do was get our boarding pass printed. (In London, agents were still handing customers 1 per 20 minutes ... and there were still 300 angry passengers who no longer had connecting flights). Problem: Ship had to disembark at a different port Solution: Mary contacted them to re-route the driver. They were extremely reliable!Our day tours with local contacts were a positive experience. They always were there waiting and overall the experiences were superb under stressful conditions. Mary, we had a wonderful time! Thank you for your help. We want to work with you again!

We had a fantastic family vacation to London for the week of New Year's- Mary did all the planning. I simply gave her a few ideas of what we wanted to see and do. She set it all up, organized the itinerary, contracted the tour guides and transportation. Everything went smooth as silk and was absolutely top notch. Hope to do it again next year!

My daughter and I enjoyed our first mother-daughter get away guided by Mary’s expert planning and suggestions. From the beginning of the process through the start of our trip, Mary kept us informed and shared suggestions for what would make the experience all we hoped for. She certainly delivered! The pacing, selection of activities and dining venues were all spot on. Knowing that she was available to call upon for assistance if needed was also a great comfort. We definitely want to make a mother-daughter trip an annual event. Mary was marvelous!

Wow is all we can say! Mary Yost outshined with the incredible trip she planned for us! We traveled to Italy (Florence, the Tuscan countryside and Amalfi Coast). Where do we begin to express our appreciation for how well the trip was prepared? Early in the planning process, Mary took time to find out what was important to us and catered our travel plans accordingly. The trip itself was outstanding and memorable! It gave us peace of mind to know that everything was laid out for us, knowing exactly what we were doing each day - from transportation to what adventure awaited us to how to communicate in a foreign country to accessing the Magic App, etc. The guides Mary arranged were more than exceptional. They got to know us and even altered our outings to make sure it was extra special which made our already magnificant days even better. We were extremely happy with the accomodations and the convienence of their locations. This was a special anniversary trip for us so we were touched by a few surprise gifts Mary had waiting for us along our journey. The personal touch warmed our hearts. We were thrilled that our travels gave us a fabulous glimpse of Italy from its ancient past, historic churches, art, quaint villages, picturesque countryside, good food & wine, fanstastic people, stunning views, and being able to swim in the Mediterranean. Thanks to Mary's impeccable planning we were able to navigate our getaway with ease. We will cherish the memories made forever and are overly satisified with Mary Yost (Travel) for the superior job she did for us. She is certainly the cream of the crop!
