My family and I have been planning with Heather for about 7 years, and I’ve coined her our “Magical Unicorn” for a reason. I don’t know if she eats, sleeps or breathes ever, because she is literally 100% focused on every aspect of making your entire experience stress free. Good Vibes doesn’t even cover how amazing Heather is, but it is definitely a perfectly descriptive start. I don’t understand why anyone would choose to plan without her. I highly recommend using Heather to book your next Disney Vacation! She made the planning process SO MUCH MORE relaxing and stress free than when I planned our last trip completely on my own. Heather was so easy to work with and easy to communicate with. She was available to communicate via Facebook messages, emails, text messages, and phone calls, making communication a breeze. It was also super nice to have someone to ask questions to while actually in Disney. Heather scored all of the dining reservations and Fastpasses that we requested and put up with all of my back and forth emails with switches and whatnot. Let her put the MAGIC back in your vacation!

Heather is an excellent travel agent any question I had she has always answered even if I thought the question was dumb she never belittled any question that I had for her her response time is very short 99% of the time she writes back in minutes if you have a family problem you can tell her what the problem is and if it coincides with your trip she would tell you what the best thing is that you could do if you have to cancel or Etc. Heather has even went as far as booking some reservations to eat at restaurants and I went through them and cancel the ones I did not want.

This just got back from our third trip planned by Heather abd it won’t be our last. Heather does an excellent job of making everything easier. In addition to sending us resort information to help us choose a place to stay, she calls the resorts to get answers she doesn’t know. She finds ways to take of you while you’re on your trip, from booking your airport transport while you wait in line in customs because you forgot to confirm(oops) to having a bottle of wine waiting in your room upon arrival. This woman does it all and we may never plan another trip without her.

We don’t typically use a travel agent, but some friends recommended Heather and we are glad they did! We had to make some last-minute changes due to Hurricane Melissa striking Jamacia. Heather had us rebooked in no time. She was patient, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We talked to other couples at Sandals St Vincent who had to rebook on their own after the hurricane hit and it was much more difficult. Heather definitely gained some repeat customers.

From the very beginning, Heather was a Rockstar! She was very knowledgeable, informative and highly responsive (even when she was traveling). We had several changes to our plans throughout the planning process but Heather was super accommodating and was a wealth of knowledge when it came to all the questions I had. She provided so many options for hotels and other things that didn't even across my mind. It is apparent that she is highly skilled and has a lot of experience in the travel industry. What stood out the most for me was her outgoing personality and how she marketed her vacation deals. That's what ultimately led to me to entrusting her to plan our dream vacation. And at the very last minute, I had a unique passport issue that could have jeopardized my travels; totally my fault! Where do I begin… this trip was planned before covid in Barbados, but once Covid hit we were unable to take it. Heather helped us move the trip to Jamaica. 14 days before our arrival date, I got covid. So we had to put this sandals trip on hold and Heather helped us book another trip in Cancun! We have had to reschedule our sandals trip every year since. We were finally able to take the trip October of this year. She has also helped us book many Disney and universal trips! Heather was amazing!! We rarely ever use a travel agent, but I am SO GLAD we did for our trip to Sandals- Jamaica. Heather was with us every step of the process, including postponing the trip twice due to COVID and changing flights a month before the trip. Heather was available by phone during the trip as well. Heather has been amazing! Your first trip to Disney world can be completely overwhelming. There's so much to know, to plan, to think about. Heather has been here every step of the way with every question or concern we've had. After spending over a year planning with us, we will finally be leaving in just over a week. We can't thank Heather enough for all of her help and guidance along the way. Anytime one of my friends is talking about planning a vacation I always recommend they call Heather at Good Vibes. It's so easy, you just tell her what you want and she figures out the rest. She responds quickly to emails and messages. Honeymoon

Heather from start to finish was magnificent. Everything about our honeymoon was perfect. From our lovely bungalow to our fun adventures, Heather planned everything beautifully. Even when there was a hiccup due to a plane issue, Heather made it her mission to assist us and get us home promptly. She called our airline’s customer service to ensure our accommodations would be taken care of since we were out of the country. She also sent us over flight options with different airlines to help us get home sooner. She booked our transportation to the airport to accommodate our new flight home. She went above and beyond what a normal travel agent would do, as she always does.

Heather has been wonderful to work with! We haven't gone on our trip to Disney World yet (Nov 2019) but we booked with Heather a year ago and she has been amazing. Being our first trip, we've had a ton of questions and requests and she has been amazing at answering them all. Reservations and payments are as easy as sending an email. She responds so promptly to all of my messages. she was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier that we chose to use her to book our family vacation.
