We had one of the best family vacations thanks to all the thoughtful planning and execution by Kariann. From start to finish she took care of every detail and was quick to answer every question we had. Epic Trip to Hawaii

I have used Kariann for travel planning for several years - and every single trip has been incredible. Most recently, Kariann helped plan an epic trip to Hawaii. Kariann planned the trip meticulously. She was able to help us pick which adventures we wanted to have and advise us on the best things to do and how to plan for them. One thing I love most about planning a trip with Kariann is that once you are on the trip you feel like royalty! The hotel staff is ready for your arrival and is there to make sure everything goes perfect - it is obvious Kariann has prepped them on the trip. One thing that I was very impressed with for this particular Hawaii trip was that once we were on the trip, we wanted to make some last minute changes to add excursions and change restaurants. Kariann helped with this from back in NJ and was on top of getting everything we wanted booked - even with a 6 hour time difference. I recommend Kariann's services without hesitation!

I cannot recommend Kariann enough! We just returned from our 1st Disney trip with my 4-year-old daughter and thanks to Kariann it was absolutely perfect. She planned and helped us with everything from flight, car rental, attractions and dining. We ate almost every meal with characters and my daughter got to meet all of her favorite princesses. We got to dine at all the restaurants that are difficult to reserve including dinner at Cinderella's castle! She booked our attractions and dining and special shows for each day and the everyday was filled with such beautiful memories.
Besides being such a sweetheart, her customer service is on point with answering every question I had almost immediately, quick responses to emails, texts and phone calls. She even reached out to me when it was time to book certain things.
I cannot thank her or recommend her enough and cannot wait to book my next vacation with her!

Kariann has been planning our family trips for years. We've done two Turks and Caicos trips, several European countries, and domestic getaways. Kariann is very patient, professional and 100% committed to ensure that everything is planned and executed to our fullest satisfaction. Any questions we came up with were fully addressed to our utmost satisfaction. Anything from plane seats to hotel accommodations, COVID testing requirements and documents, airport pick-ups, restaurants to eat in, sites to visit, insurance needs, excursions to take, etc, etc, etc. Every time we got to our destination there was a nice surprise waiting for us, a bottle of wine in Paris or delicious hors d'oeuvres with wine and music in a private gazebo in Turks and Caicos.
Kariann is always available via email or phone for any questions, and we always felt taken care of and cared for. Kariann has always gone the extra mile and is truly the best. Thank you!

Kariann was amazing! She looked up multiple options for me until I was able to make up my mind. She also helped me when my flights got canceled and I had to change the date of my trip. Kariann also accommodated me when I decided to add an extra day to my trip last minute. She checked in multiple times when we were on vacation to make sure everything was ok. We even had an ocean front room that was amazing. Kids said best vacation ever which made it all worth it! Will definitely use her again to book trips in the future.

Perfect Catholic Destination Wedding!

Make sure you work with someone as wonderful as Kariann. John and I met in Jamaica about 15 years ago and then the Sandals in Ocho Rios had the over the water chapel where we could have a Catholic wedding ceremony, so that was just perfect! My favorite part of working with Zotto Travel was KARIANN!

I have used Kariann for years! She has never disappointed my family or me. From the first time she planned a trip for me, she always tailors my trips to our needs, likes, wants, personalities, and budgets. She knows exactly what we like. She takes the time, offers choices and recommendations, and is extremely thorough. Kariann always responds promptly. Even on my vacations, she is in touch and checking in. In the past, I have had hotel issues. She was in contact with me, working on her end (even though it had nothing to do with her) to rectify the problem with the hotel management. She is personable, kind, the patience of a saint (I can be a bit much and very indecisive), professional, detailed oriented (never any surprises), and will get you the vacation you want within your budget. If I could give her a 100-star rating, I would. From Disney to Europe, to Islands, she has done it all for us!

Kariann has now planned 3 Disney trips for me. The first trip will always be the most memorable - my parents decided to come A WEEK before we were leaving! Kariann was able to book their entire trip and secure us every reservation together! I can't recommend her enough for group travel - she ensures everyone has something to their liking. Everything was amazing. The private birthday dinner was set up beautifully, and we had our own private servers who were incredibly attentive. The chocolate buffet was incredible, and every dinner we had was excellent. Having all of our dining reservations set up in advance made a huge difference, I can’t imagine coordinating that ourselves. The biggest and best family vacation we ever took!

We had an amazing week at Beachs in Turks. Kariann helped me for months trying to find the perfect destination for my large family (5 kids plus us). We finally landed on Beaches at Turks with the Italian Villa that sleeps up to 9 people. It was such a beautiful resort - fun for my kids of ALL ages. Kariann helped with everything - even booking our photo shoot ahead of time! We received 2 credits - 1 for the spa and 1 for the adventure sports- and when the resort gave me an issue w applying the adventure credit, i had to pay it so we could leave on time, and Kariann address this and had the credit applied back to my card after we departed. I could have easily booked this hotel online myself, but it gives me confidence and comfort to know that I have a travel agent behind me to help guide me, and jump into assist however needed and fast- especially when we are out of the country! I highly recommend Kariann and will def us her services again next year.

From questions about the flight to packing to the resort, she was able to answer everything. We went there to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16 and everything was planned perfectly. My daughter was thrilled with everything!

Kariann is pehenomenal! I have a worked with her many times in the past for multiple trips. She never disappoints. This trip was to Chicago for a birthday celebration. Every email that was sent prior to the trip she responds to quickly and took care of every little detail, which she always does. We never had to stress about anything. Kariann is a superstar!!! I have a very hectic work schedule and wasn't able to put much time into planning my Disney trip - but never fear - Kariann planned everything perfectly!! From the best restaurants, to minute by minute itinerary, to tips on how to beat the lines! We even got to ride the avatar flight of passage ride with only waiting 10 minutes!

Marco Island

We had a wonderful time in Marco Island this past week, The JW Marriott was a beautiful hotel for families. They had two swimming pools to use. One was geared toward small children because it had a slide and water rides for younger children. The other pool was regular pool which was very big for older children or adults. The restaurants were delicious in the hotel. They had a game room like Dave and Busters in the hotel room for adults and children. They had small playroom for younger children. They had build the bear in the hotel and painting for smaller children. The ocean was beautiful here it was like you were away in Aruba with the clear water and white sand beaches with seashells. They had a few bars for the adults too. It was 25 dollars for frozen margarita so bring your wallet to the bar. I ended up going to Walmart near the hotel and got sodas, waters and alcohol and brought it back to my room. They had a bonfire that was every night at sunset by the beach which was very nice to see with the family. It was a beautiful hotel I highly recommend staying here. If you fly in from Fort Meyers airport it's a 55 minute ride to the hotel. This would cost you about 125-150 dollars one way with an Uber.I rented a car for the week. It was cheaper then paying an Uber two ways going to and from the airport for the week. Definitely check out JW Marriott for a wonderful family vacation.

Kariann helped plan our family’s trip to Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. She was extremely attentive to every detail from start to finish.
