We flew on Avelo from Connecticut to Orlando to join our daughter and three grandchildren, ages 9–12, who flew in from Maryland, for a 3-day visit to Universal Orlando, followed by a 7-day Disney Treasure cruise to the Eastern Caribbean from July 5–12, 2025. This was a complex trip with many moving parts, including coordinating four separate Happy Limo transfers between the Orlando airport, Universal’s Portofino Bay Hotel, the port at Cape Canaveral, and back to the airport. My daughter mostly worked with Kelly planning our Universal and Disney Cruise vacation which took many months of planning. Kelly goes above and beyond. She is so patient and answers all questions promptly. She is extremely knowlegeable about all things Disney. She will point out how you can save money. Our trip went very very smoothly.
