Amy went out of her way to reschedule our Disney trip at the last minute. After calling Amy with less than 48 hours before our trip, Amy spend most of her Friday night helping us move our trip. Her service to her clients is exceptional.

Amy is absolutely amazing! It was our first time cruising and Amy was so knowledgeable with helping us choose a stateroom that would be best for us and give us the best views on the cruise. We were on the Disney Wish and were able to see Castaway Cay the whole way as we were docking. Then we went back to Walt Disney World and our room at the Grand Floridian had views of 3/4 theme parks. I met Amy at a local Craft Fair five years ago, and we just got to talking. I had been thinking about a family vacation, but with a large family of 16 people, it seemed too daunting to consider! Our original vacation plans fell through literally one day prior to its start. I will ONLY work with Amy for all of my vacations! She is a true gem. All of my questions-- even the bit crazy ones were answered immediately. She always went above and beyond. Can't wait to plan the next couple of trip with her.

Amy planned a Disney/Universal trip for my family that was unfortunately put on hold due to the Coronavirus. She was able to cancel our reservations and ensure that we did not lose any money. Before this happened, Amy had planned an amazing trip for us.
