Jackie has always provided excellent service and attention. It is clear that she knows her industry and then she ensures that she knows her clients. Jackie has researched and booked several trips for us and we are happy with all of them. No doubt Jackie has always exceeded expectations. This continues after trips booked when her assistance is just an email away. Jackie has assisted with altering plans due to death of a parent to finding medical care for a sick traveler. We would not plan an adventure without her help. She has arranged Danube cruise, California, Costa Rica, Peru and Finland for us. We have Tahiti in the books and starting to plan our 2020 trips with her - New Zealand? Africa? Hiking in National Parks? It is clear Jackie can help with all destinations. and satisfy the adventurous spirits we have. The more active the trip the better! Friends are envious of what she has planned for us and have started asking for her contact info. It is infectious!
