Cruise, Disney and Family Travel Specialist

Jay was awesome for our trip planning! He was very patient and responsive to all questions during our planning -- which is impressive because I was very indecisive! I especially liked that he was always on top of the latest pricing adjustments for our trip and looking to maximize our vacation $$. Everything was perfect!

My family and I are not expert travelers by any means. When we contacted Jay we weren't sure what to expect, but we were blown away by his organization, easy going nature, and speed in setting everything up for us...and when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. We had a super smooth week at Disney with everything sorted out from transportation to food recommendations, all within our price range. It was an incredible experience working with Jay and I have zero doubt that we'll be contacting him soon about our next trip!

Jay is a fantastic, personable, dedicated travel planner who loves creating trips.This was a last minute trip to get away with my 12 year old son.Jay took on this challenge listening carefully to the desires I had for our trip. He is easy to work with and consistently available for communicating.He is detail oriented, resourceful, budget conscious, trustworthy and fun.He provided options for trip ideas as a starting point always open to the creative process of planning the adventure.We had about one week to plan something including flights and hotels.We decided a cruise would be the easiest option and Jay provided an impeccable itinerary with e-docs to all the excursions and a color photo travel book with tips and links to fun things to explore. Jay made himself available throughout the trip if I had any need to contact him.The cruise was a great option for my son as he loved the sports deck where he met kids to play basketball and soccer. I had no worries. And, didn't have to cook.

Jay was very easy and enjoyable to work with. He listened carefully to everything I had to say about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do, and had some excellent suggestions of his own to make the trip smooth and easy. He was also very flexible- we had a couple family members come onto the trip kind of late, and he didn't bat an eye. We had a blast! He plans with the whole family in mind, and is able and willing to make proactive suggestions that tap into his extensive expertise and knowledge base. We've already started talking to him about our next trip!!

Jay is one of the most dedicated people out there. He loves vacationing and sharing that love with others. He has made our lives so much easier by doing all the leg work and making our vacations seamless. Jay is so very easy to work with and goes above and beyond. I have never used a travel agent before, now that I have Jay, I’m never going back to planning a vacation alone.
