Travel made easy

This was my first time using a travel agent and it made things so much easier.
1. Sheryl got us a better group rate at a hotel I had already spoke with on group discounts. She also gave great recommendations on hotels that met our requirements that I had never heard of. She travels a lot and checks in with her clients after their trips. So her recommendations are good.
2. We had a group of 40 with all different needs and she saved us so much time coordinating with them and hotel. It was also great having her as a point person for transportation and any issues that could have happened.
3. She was incredible at printing out all our information and gave us thoughtful gifts that were helpful for our stay. Our guests were so impressed by the event and stay that they are planning their own anniversaries with Sheryl.
Overall our experience was excellent and we will use her again for making our trips easier.

Bucket List Experience!

Sheryl booked a trip for us to Peru and it was beyond amazing! I'm the type of person who likes to see and do a lot while on a trip and Sheryl had us all over the country of Peru with fantastic tours and activities planned the entire way. She coordinated planes, trains, buses, and private automobiles and set us up in some of the most fabulous hotels I've ever seen. It was a bucket list trip for sure and something that I could have never planned or coordinated on my own. Any time we had a question, she was right there via text or phone, and even set us up with an app that had all of our travel information, documentation, etc. She could not have made our lives any easier and came in at a much lower price than I expected. I highly recommend her!!!

We've never had a travel agent do more for us than we could do ourselves. To my surprise, Sheryl answered the phone and went to work for us right away. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention a couple of things that could have been better -- (1) Beware of the fees in the fine print that aren't included in your package price -- there was a mandatory hotel-imposed fee of $216.96 per room charged upon check in that we were unaware of until after booking the 2 rooms and (2) in addition to the one-time charge per room, we were placed at the end of the hallway in 2 super tiny hotel rooms. Sheryl was up front that she'd never been to this property and she did offer to try to get our rooms switched. I still give Sheryl five stars because she deserves it! She has such a wonderful personality, she answers her phone (who does that anymore?), she is easy to do business with, and I know the more we work together, she'll learn our style and we'll create many more memories with her expert assistance.

Simply Excellent Service

Sheryl is absolutely the best person to not only help you choose your ideal vacation spot but she is on top of all the details! We were one of many who had to cancel our trip last minute due to Covid and she worked tirelessly to get us vouchers to enjoy a future stay and airfare. Not only did she do this less than 24 hours before we were supposed to leave but she just emailed me that she has already contacted the airline to request an extension on our vouchers because they were about to expire. That is SERVICE and impeccable follow up! If it wasn't for her we would have potentially lost thousands of dollars, hours of our life fighting with companies and had way more stress. Sheryl is the best and you should absolutely work with her!

Anniversary Trip of a Lifetime!

Life Changing

Words can't adequately describe how amazing Sheryl was regarding this trip.
It was the trip of dreams and not even an ounce of stress or aggravation for the entire thing. Sheryl provided us everything we needed from Flights to hotels and an itinerary of what to do. For the first time in years of overworking we got to release the reigns of control and have a complete professional handle everything for us... And it was free (Or at least to us).

Great cruise

Sheryl Baker did an amazing job helping us - a group of family & friends book the trip of a lifetime to Europe. We started out thinking we could figure out hotels and sightseeing activities ourselves. It was very time consuming looking at maps and digging through reviews. One day, we found out that a hotel we booked was in a bad part of town...you don't know what you don't know. It was overwhelming. So when a friend recommended Sheryl, she came to our rescue!!!
I just have to say "WOW"! Sheryl made the planning so easy. She gave us hotel and touring options in every city. She set up our train tickets and transfers. There were 3 different arrival and departure days for people in our group so she had a lot to coordinate - but she made it happen! All her recommendations were perfect!

European Vacation

Fantastic trip!

My husband and I recently traveled with another couple to Thailand. We went to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Kanchanaburi, and Phuket. We had planned this trip in 2020 and it was cancelled due to the Covid outbreak. Our wonderful travel agent, Sheryl Baker, helped to recreate the trip we originally had planned. I know it was a lot of work because there were refunds and recharges galore. She booked all our flights and drivers. We had several flights within Thailand, as well. I think it would have very difficult to make these arrangements ourselves since most local people do not speak English very well. Everything was planned just perfectly from the floating market and elephant rides to the sea kayaking. This is the third time we have used Sheryl Baker to plan our trips. A consummate professional who selflessly shares her decades-long experience to benefit her existing and would-be customers. We became family and not a transaction.
This was my first time leading an international mission trip. Therefore, my ignorance and my natural over-analytical mindset should've driven Sheryl nuts! Instead, she embraced our cause and nurtured every corner with detail.
Our team left San Francisco with a brief layover in Panama City where one of our team members left their passport on the plane. Another member stayed back with the gentleman who left his passport, and Sheryl worked feverishly with the powers that be to ensure she would get this man back home to the US and the other member to rejoin us in Ecuador.
Hindsight is always 20/20, and we found that this gentleman also forgot his blood pressure and diabetes medicine. God saved this man's life and used Sheryl to do so!

I can’t say enough great things about my friend and travel agent Sheryl Baker with Your Passport to Travel- Bucket List! She has sent us to Peru, Ecuador, Belize, Honduras, Las Vegas, Utah, Miami and since I met her I haven’t taken a trip without her help. Sheryl takes the time to find out what you love to do, how you like to travel, what kinds of places you like to stay, etc. I’m now at the point I just tell her where I’m going and she does it all, including booking excursions because she just knows us now and gets it right every time! She can work within any budget and will not try to upsell you on things you don’t want, but can also go as extravagant as hell if you’d like. Most people think it’s more expensive to go with a travel agent but all hotels, car rentals, airlines, resorts, etc. have charges for travel agents built in and I’ve actually had Sheryl get me cheaper rates than going through my Marriott account myself.

Incredible Italy

Sheryl did a fabulous job planning our Italy "bucket list" trip. We began our trip in Venice and she booked us a beautiful place right in the center of town. We were so close to everything! Then we took the train to Florence and stayed at a beautiful hotel on the Arno River. Again we were close to everything and were able to walk to all the amazing sights. After our stay we took a train to Cinque Terre, wow what a place. Our hotel there also had a balcony and was in the "Old City" of Monterosso. I loved this area so much, I didn't want to leave. After our stay in Cinque Terre, we took the train to Rome for our last stay. This hotel was in a beautiful monastery. We saw the most amazing sights and had more incredible meals in Trastevere area of Rome. Sheryl not only booked our flights, hotels, and tours but also our train tickets and transfers. This made the trip around the country so easy. We can't wait to book another trip with Sheryl as soon as possible.

To share my story… Canada recently opened their border to residents of the USA after closing it March 2020. As an individual with dual citizenship – Canadian and American – this made travel to visit family in Canada during this time difficult if not impossible. Great Travel Agent!

Sheryl has planned and helped us with three vacations so far. The first, to Thailand, had to be cancelled due to Covid. She quickly put together a trip to Italy for us, which also had to be postponed. We can't wait to be able to take both those trips. Most recently, she helped us with a trip to Morocco. After making our final selections, she organized everything in a useful app, where all documents, itineraries and information could be accessed in one place. We ended up having a medical issue on our trip and she was able to contact our remaining tours and get us a refund. She checked in with us every step of the way, even after getting home, until we were well. We will be using her to help with all of our future vacations.

We were very specific about wanting to experience a few things and she did an amazing job by providing suggestions and after getting our input she then managed to put together a trip we were very excited about taking. After the threat of COVID19 hit the country we were forced to cancel the trip we had so looked forward to. Thialand 2021

We had an amazing trip to Thialand planned through Sheryl scheduled to leave just as the Covid 19 hit the USA. She had everything booked with awesome expeditions planned so all we had to do was go.
