Growing up in an Air Force family meant moving to new places at a moment’s notice. Throughout my life, I lived in the US, Guam, Japan, and Germany. While living in Germany, I was able to travel through much of Europe, and this directly influenced my decision to become a travel agent. With over 13 years of experience in the industry plus a lifetime of traveling, I am ready to create your perfect vacation!

My business, Carol’s Excursions, has been voted the number one travel agency in Montgomery for numerous years by the readers of the Montgomery Advertiser! I believe this is due to my personal approach to my client’s needs, and instead of a pre-packaged tour, I work with my clients to find exactly what they want for their vacation.

This includes:

• all-inclusive tours through Europe and more
• river cruises
• honeymoons

I have enjoyed many river cruises, and they are easily my favorite mode of travel. I love being able to relax on the cruise while enjoying the sights and activities, and then being able to experience a new culture upon arrival.

Honeymoons are also a joy for me to book, and I know how important it is that everything goes perfectly as planned. I’ll never forget the young honeymooners in Fiji who had to stay an extra three days due to a flight delay: they loved it, but the mother-in-law was worried sick! I assured her it was fine, and I made sure that the lucky couple had the best extra days possible.

Along with this, I have also helped clients who have overslept trains, lost their passports, or even lost their entire wallet. While these things can happen, my experience allows me to ease the situation and quickly find a practical solution.

Luxury Travel is also one of my joys.  The Italian Tourista Commission selected me  and paid my way on three different occasions to attend the Annual Tourism Council in Italy to meet with all the various suppliers for luxury travel and then to visit and stay in various villas throughout Italy.  All three trips were amazing!  I have had three similar experiences:  two in Mexico and one in Ecuador.   I have also traveled on "FAM" or familiarization trips with Palace Resorts, Vacation Express, Sunnyland Tours, and Royal Caribbean Cruises Line, and Norwegian Cruise Line. 

Traveling excites me, and I’m blessed in that I can help people find their own bliss through cruises and tours. After we work together, I hope to hear from you to learn all about your wonderful time.  I travel with groups several times every year to various locations to experience the various destinations so I can better assist my clients.
