Frank at Pinnacle Trips was extremely helpful in planning trip to Europe. I was able to give him a few general ideas and he quickly provided some options in my price range. The hotels he helped us select were right in the middle of the action and we were VERY impressed and happy. Frank is truly a detail oriented professional who listens to all of your wants and needs. My daughter and I booked our Greece/Croatia Norwegian Cruise Line cruise through Pinnacle Trips. Frank did a fantastic job arranging our requested stateroom, transfers, activities, and post cruise hotel in Venice.
