All thanks to Pam, my husband and I had the trip of a lifetime. In planning, I told her the cities we wanted to travel to within the time-frame we had. It was extensive for 3-1/2 weeks. With her knowledge, experience, and contacts, she created the itinerary that we had hoped for. This included flights, hotels, transfers, and tours with excellent tour companies. When all was booked and confirmed, Pam provided us with a well-organized copy detailing EVERYTHING, including full tour descriptions and telephone contacts overseas. She was also helpful with matters such as travel insurance and money exchange. We saw and did a lot in a relatively short time. But because Pam took care of every detail, it was relaxing and enjoyable rather than exhausting. As they say down under, "no worries". Pam is the best of the best, and we are looking forward to planning our next trip with her.
