When my daughters and I dreamed of traveling to Portugal & Spain, we didn't fully anticipate the time-consuming process that planning our 3-week adventure would entail. Jennifer took all the stress and confusion out of the planning process. She worked closely with us, listening to our wish list then creating an itinerary that integrated all our ideas and many of her own suggestions into what turned out to be the perfect travel experience for all of us. Working to create this trip was no easy task. Jennifer coordinated the connections so that one of my daughters already traveling in Europe arrived at the Lisbon airport just one hour before my other daughter and I landed. Then, when our tour of a “must-see” UNESCO site was canceled the day before we left the USA, Jennifer deftly found another option and took care of all the details for us while we relaxed on the plane to Europe. The entire trip flowed in the same easy, stress-free manner. We couldn't have been happier.

Working with Jennifer was wonderful. We gave her some loose constraints for what we wanted in a vacation, and she gave us some recommendations. From there, we picked a trip we were most interested in, and she handled the rest. Once we had our itinerary, she was very accommodating in making tweaks and changes to suit our desires. She was VERY responsive and made great recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or to recommend her to someone else. She really did take all the stress out of planning our vacation!

My husband is who worked with her, but she provided different vacation options within our budget, and the resort ended up being beautiful!
